Priyanka’s been a huge help in keeping me on track. She made sure I stayed focused and accountable, and helped set goals that actually made sense for me—realistic and doable. What I really liked is that she didn’t try to change everything at once. She worked with my current diet and just made smart adjustments to help me hit my targets. Super practical and easy to work with. Definitely recommend her!

Weight at start 70kg Weight after 3 months 64.6kg Age 53 Priyanka Ji जी ने मेरी weight loss की कल्पना को हक़ीक़त में बदल दिया । उन्होंने weight loss बहुत सरल बना दिया । प्रतिदिन कसरत एवं संतुलित आहार के लिए उन्होंने निर्देश दिए । उनके कहे अनुसार ही मैने खाना खाया, पानी पिया, कसरत की और पूरी नींद की । Priyanka ji का बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद 🙏

I've been working with Priyanka since April 2025, and it's been genuinely transformative. Lost 5.7 kg in 2 months. Priyanka's incredibly quick to respond on WhatsApp, always punctual for our weekly calls, and truly helps you understand the 'why' behind diet and exercise, breaking down things like calories and protein. I'm feeling energetic all day, and I've seen great changes in my body over the last 2 months. That's why I renewed my plan and specifically asked for her mentorship again. Priyanka is an amazing coach and fitness mentor, she always adjusts the diet and routine aligned to lifestyles - that's key to be consistent in the journey. With my hectic schedule I was still able to loose only with adhering to approach on steps and right calorie intake if gym was not possible. What more - I lost weight while also being on vacation. I would highly recommend Priyanka to everyone. thanks so much Priyanka!
