Priyanka has been my coach for the last 6 months. She has been so motivating and has helped me control my sweet cravings. Because of her I have learnt a lot about leading a better lifestyle. She is always guiding me through strength training, encouraging me to do more steps throughout the day, and motivating me to eat consciously and healthily.
I started working with Priyanka almost two years after my pregnancy. I had developed hypothyroidism during pregnancy (3 years now) and have been dealing with PCOS for about 10 years. Postpartum, I struggled with weight gain, brain fog, constant fatigue, and feeling extremely sleepy after every meal. I had honestly started believing that this was just my new normal. Priyanka completely changed that for me. What I loved most was how practical her approach was. I’m a vegetarian, and she designed my nutrition plan around the foods I was already eating — I didn’t have to buy anything special or drastically change my lifestyle. Within just a few weeks, the first thing I noticed was that the post-meal sleepiness disappeared. Soon after, the brain fog lifted and I felt much more present and energized — both at work and with my family and my little one. I also had a long love-hate relationship with dairy because of severe acne. Instead of eliminating it completely, Priyanka patiently helped me figure out my triggers. Today I can comfortably consume zero-fat dairy without any acne issues. The biggest win for me has been my PCOS cycles — which had never been regular in my life. After consistently following a clean, balanced diet, I’ve now had regular periods for six months straight. That’s been a huge physical and emotional milestone for me. Beyond being a coach, Priyanka almost doubles up as my therapist. She’s attentive, genuinely invested in my well-being, and understands the struggles of being a new mom. And whenever I pursue things I’m passionate about — dance, music, emceeing — she cheers me on like a big sister. My goal now is to build strength and become the fittest version of myself in the next year, and I’m excited to continue this journey with her.

I started with FITTR thinking chalo will give this a try as well. I have been trying to loose weight for past 2 years since I was diagnosed with diabetes. The first call with Priyanka changed my mindset. I was ready to give up my fav food. But she created my plan taking into account my likes and dislikes. She motivated me when I was stuck and reminding me journey will always have ups and downs but it's when you keep going that makes a difference. Within a month of being coached by her I had more energy my weight and inches that was stuck started moving down even when I was eating well. My friends started noticing the changes and asked what did you have to sacrifice in food and I was happy to say nothing. This was all possible because of Priyanka. Her weekly call and sending her photos made me accountable. It's like having a chat with a friend rather than a coach. She listens to the difficulties you faced during the week and guide you. She understands that as a working mom it's not always perfect schedule. She gently scolds you and put you back on track. The credit to my fitness progress goes to Priyanka.
