I’m blessed to have a coach like Priyanka. I had no motivation to again work on my fitness after my delivery. But the moment i started my journey with her I feel so motivated and most importantly more of myself. She is an amazing amazing coach her guidance and support her knowledge and her dedication towards fitness and nutrition is incredible. She will always listen to me. What I’m going through physically, mentally, emotionally. I have lost almost 5kg in 2months and the process is still going on and I’m sure with her I’m going to achieve more. I have tried many diets in the past and they not only didn’t work but made me very unhealthy. The last 2 months of my journey with Priyanka has been magical. She gave me a diet plan which is so easy to follow and she motivates me so much that I just keep going forward. Something that I thought I could never achieve, now is slowly and steadily becoming a reality. I now know my body better and I am more excited than ever. Priyanka is very encouraging and that just keeps me going no matter what. She is amazing and I am super happy with my progress. I will highly recommend Priyanka to anyone who is looking to get into a fitness journey but not sure where to start.
I have never done diets and neither I am a person that likes doing it. However, I have completed 6 months on Fittr with my coach, Priyanka Thakur. And she made it easier for me to follow the customised diet plan according to my daily preferences. She has been very patient with me as I have digressed a lot during the past 6 months. But sticking to it and coming back to eating within my plan has been a great achievement for me personally. During the course, I have managed to lose 7kgs, however, my body has gained a better shape than it was even when I was not as heavy as I am today. Throughout the course I have learned the importance of diet as I joined the course after not being able to budge my weight despite of 7-8 months of gym. So, all in all, it has been a great learning experience and an eye opener. My big takeaway has been that diet is the main factor that can make or break the entire weight loss journey while exercise is to keep the body functioning well and to change its composition.
