I think I have lot to write about my coach Priyanka Thakur. My self an Orthopaedics surgeon n medico but still Fittness and nutrition is different ball game only . In this journey of 4 months not only I lost my weight but also improve my efficiency, stamina and strength. This is all possible because of Priyanka. Her knowledge, thoughts and experience about fitness and nutrition is next level. She is approachable , good listener , respectful , empathetic and so much of positive vibes. She always keep me on toes and keep spirit high. N Fitness is not goal but it’s journey that we have live n love life long . I highly recommend Priyanka Thakur for fitness and nutrition coach . Few words I’ll use to describe my coach Priyanka Thakur: An inspiration, knowledgeable, to the point, respectful, empathetic, flexible, answers all questions with patience and a good listener. She’s made me keep my focus, kept my spirits high and pivoted my plans - workout and food, with my journey of injuries. Am more disciplined than ever- only because she entered my life in April 2025. I had a really great experience training with Priyanka! She’s super proactive and always listens carefully to what her clients need. I really liked how she customized my workouts — from adjusting exercises to suggesting alternate machines whenever needed. She’s also very approachable and always responds quickly to messages, which made the whole process smooth and motivating. If you stay a little dedicated, Priyanka will definitely help you reach your fitness goals. Highly recommend her!
Working with Priyanka was really motivating, I was inspired by her own journey as well as the way she remembered all details of my journey. Her availability was a positive if I had any doubts throughout the week and she made sure all my queries were answered and if I had a non positive week, she would motivate me to get back to it.
