This is a mid fitness journey appreciation post for my coach Priyanka. Starting your journey… Everything around excercise and diet is allways so intimidating. But just one cal with the Coach Priyanka, made me realise that simple things work, she listened very calmly to my concerns and assessed my current situation and where i would like to be in the long term. She explained extensively on how it is best for me to go about day to day training and how fixing my eating habits and sleep will help me get a healthier lifestyle. All the while keeping emphasis on the fact that CONSISTENCY is the key. My routine was simple and clean, which made it easier for me to stick to it comfortably. And that has led to me in only 6 weeks , feeling considerably more energetic and swift in my daily routine, my family and friends noticing me looking fitter and leaner, sleeping better and loosing 8 kgs weight in just 6 weeks. During our first converstaion, i had mentioned that i would want adapt this healthy lifestyle not just for some number on the Weighing scale, but genuinely for a lifetime. Her guidance has made me believe that it is possible and this journey is going to be a breeze. Thanks for your support.

I don't even know where to start with Coach Priyanka, I've never met anyone like her—she's always so motivating.
