I have been working on my fitness goals with Priyanka for last 6 months. I started my journey with Priyanka 4 months back, with the aim of streamlining my nutrition and workout routine. Due to my routine I had only 3-4days available for workout and hardly any time to clock steps in. Even with such restrictions, Priyanka helped bring discipline to my eating habits and workout routine, motivating me to take it one day at a time and making sure that even 5 mins of improvement counts! She didnt bring in shortcuts to get instant results, but focused on bringing together a wholesome approach to my way of managing work, nutrition, workouts. I lost about 6.5kgs of weight, even when I worked out 3 days a week and didnt go for crazy deficits.
