Priyanka has been guiding me from past 4months and I could see changes in my body and my energy levels. She never say no to my food preferences always try to include my choices so that I don't have to struggle to follow the diet. There were days when I was feeling low and couldn't follow workout routine but she explained to prioritise health and recovery than following the routine. I have enrolled under Priyanka ma’am for my weight loss journey, she is the motivator and helped to plan my day along with my hectic work life. She has always gone beyond and helped with the diet, water intake, steps and workout. Priyanka is truly a wonderful coach who knows how to bring you back on track. I had lost my consistency earlier, but with her motivation and guidance I was able to get back into discipline. In just 3 months, I lost over 6 kgs. What I really value is that she doesn’t just give workouts or diets — she explains, shares knowledge about eating healthy, and makes sure you understand the “why” behind everything. That constant support and encouragement kept me going and made the whole journey sustainable. I’m really grateful for her guidance.
