My Midway Fitness Journey with Coach Priyanka Dutta Baruah When my weight was stuck at 93–94 kg despite regular workouts and dieting, I started losing confidence and felt frustrated with my progress. That’s when I enrolled with Priyanka Dutta Baruah through Fittr, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. Priyanka helped me understand the science behind fitness, motivated me during difficult phases, and constantly encouraged me to trust the process. This is a midway transformation, and from 26th January to today (approximately 5 months), I have gone from 93 kg to 83 kg—a 10 kg weight loss. What once felt impossible has become a reality. I started my strength training in 2021, on and off. Since 2024, even though I was training consistently, I wasn’t able to see significant changes in my body. However, after joining Priyanka in October ’25, I noticed remarkable changes in just three months—changes I couldn’t achieve in more than a year before. Also the way she explains everything about nutrition and diet in details has really helped me understand these concepts. I am truly satisfied with my coach and look forward to building more strength and muscle with her.
My weight loss journey this time was tougher than ever because of premenopausal symptoms. (I am 46 ) I was struggling with heavy and irregular periods, and despite trying different diets and programs, losing weight felt almost impossible. But with the nutrition guidance and support from Coach Priyanka, I was able to lose 5.5 kg in just 12 weeks — something I consider a huge achievement given the challenges I faced.
