Priyanka has been a very supportive and approachable coach. Its just one month i am under her guidance and the results are surprising. The diet plan she has shared is very easy to follow. I am beyond grateful to her to give me that kick to start my fitness journey to not only loose weight and inches but inculcate healthy habits.

Joined FITTR with doubts but Priyanka made the start of the journey smooth and motivating. Her friendly and approachable nature made it easy to stay on track. She is always punctual to calls , provides clear guidance and tailors workouts for home when I can’t get to the gym. Diet changes were gradual and sustainable, not overwhelming. I lost 3 kgs in 3 months, thanks to her guidance and importantly gained the confidence that I can stick to a program consistently. Highly recommend her.

Priyanka has been an amazing coach and my first coach in FITTR. This past three months have been super good. Not only did Priyanka understood my goals and aspirations, she worked out very simple and easy to follow workout and diet plan to cater to my needs. The best part is that she kept pushing me and motivating me even when I was trying to give up and that really helped me in my fitness journey. Under her I lost 3kgs and reduced my body fat from 21% to 19% (a small start but a significant one). I am looking forward to our journey together!

Priyanka has been a blessing in my life. She is a patient, understanding and accommodating coach. I feel these are qualities that help build confidence and make the fitness journey sustainable. Her plans are easy to follow and she is always open to making changes or giving suggestions that are easy to implement. We started our journey in Jan 25, and I have already lost 4kgs. What i love about her is even when I have not been able to rigidly stick to my plan, she was patient and encouraged me to start over. She has thought me not to be hard on myself and being okay to eat what I crave in moderation. Even though I have a long way to go, I am looking forward to our journey together!
