Your motivation, guidance, and constant encouragement have made such a big difference in my journey. There were times when I slipped from my routine, but you never let me stay off track for long—you always helped pull me back and refocus. I started my strength training in 2021, on and off. Since 2024, even though I was training consistently, I wasn’t able to see significant changes in my body. However, after joining Priyanka in October ’25, I noticed remarkable changes in just three months—changes I couldn’t achieve in more than a year before. Also the way she explains everything about nutrition and diet in details has really helped me understand these concepts. I am truly satisfied with my coach and look forward to building more strength and muscle with her.

My weight loss journey this time was tougher than ever because of premenopausal symptoms. (I am 46 ) I was struggling with heavy and irregular periods, and despite trying different diets and programs, losing weight felt almost impossible. But with the nutrition guidance and support from Coach Priyanka, I was able to lose 5.5 kg in just 12 weeks — something I consider a huge achievement given the challenges I faced. What makes Priyanka special is that she is not only a mentor but also a true companion in this journey. She listened patiently to all my questions, explained the science and theory behind my issues, and gave me the confidence to keep going. Her kindness and calm approach made me feel supported every step of the way. Priyanka is a motivator at heart. Priyanka has been guiding me from past 4months and I could see changes in my body and my energy levels. She never say no to my food preferences always try to include my choices so that I don't have to struggle to follow the diet. There were days when I was feeling low and couldn't follow workout routine but she explained to prioritise health and recovery than following the routine.
