I’ve been following Coach Priyam for the past 4 months, and the transformation has been incredible. I lost 3.5 kg—weight I had been struggling to shed for over a year—without any extreme restrictions. Instead of crash diets, she focused on helping me quantify my existing meals and build sustainable habits. Priyam educated me on the importance of protein and meal portions in a way that felt simple and personalized.
