I’ve been following Coach Priyam for the past 4 months, and the transformation has been incredible. I lost 3.5 kg—weight I had been struggling to shed for over a year—without any extreme restrictions. Instead of crash diets, she focused on helping me quantify my existing meals and build sustainable habits. Priyam educated me on the importance of protein and meal portions in a way that felt simple and personalized. What stood out the most was how relatable and motivating she is—often sharing her own meal examples and lifestyle tips. Even though our 12-week plan has ended, I continue to follow her guidance because it truly works and fits into my routine effortlessly. Best decision to enroll with her I'd say.
