I’m so grateful to my weight loss coach, Pritma, for her constant support, encouragement, and expert guidance. During my first plan with her, I not only lost weight but also saw a noticeable inch loss, which boosted my confidence tremendously. She was patient, understanding, and always ready to guide me through any challenges. Although I couldn’t follow the plan as diligently the second time due to personal commitments, her positivity and motivation never wavered. I had a fantastic 12-week journey with my fitness coach- Pritma. She is knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly supportive—never judgmental. I have worked with Pritma not once but two times and I have been very happy with the results. She very skillfully helped me in my fitness goals and taught me the right way to lose weight, perfectly balancing diet and exercise. We may think that this any fitness coach will do. But what makes Pritma stand out is the effort and passion she put into understanding me and my requirements. She didn’t try to push her methods to me, rather helped me work around my limitations and motivated me to try different things, which ultimately helped in reaching my goals.
