Choosing Pritma ji, was one of the best decisions I've made for my health! From being in the US, with no house help, limited to no family support , 2 kids and job. In just three months, I've successfully lost 10 pounds, going from 148 to 138 lbs, and I've noticed significant inch loss as well. Beyond the numbers, my energy levels have soared – something I hadn't experienced in years. This journey has also been a huge eye-opener regarding my diet. I genuinely believed I ate healthy, but thanks to Pritma ji, I've gained so much knowledge about food and calories. I realized my vegetarian diet was very carb-heavy with minimal protein. Now, I'm incredibly mindful about what I eat, and tofu has become a staple in my diet, ensuring I get enough protein. The best part? My whole family is now eating much healthier than before. For someone who's always struggled with consistency, I'm truly amazed that I've never worked out so consistently in my life! Initially, fitting workouts into my demanding schedule with work and two kids was challenging. But Pritma ji was a lifesaver, providing so many easy tips and tricks for food preps, doing 10 mins of workouts (when couldn’t do full workouts) and easy meals ideas. What felt impossible at first soon became second nature. I will never forget- she says exercise should be as important part of someone’s routine as brushing teeth. I will totally recommend my coach, especially if you're living abroad and need practical, supportive guidance. Thanks a ton, coach, for helping me navigate my weight loss journey!

pritma is an amazing coach, very professional. she was very patient with me, she had to change my diet plan a few times based on my food interests. she wes very supportive and encouraging the whole way. unfortunately, I had to stop the course at 9 weeks due to emergency health issues. I lost almost 9 kgs under her guidance in just 8 to 9 weeks. She made my weight loss journey enjoyable and easy with her constant support and motivation. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know. Thank you Pritma 😊 🙏

I enrolled under Pritma in December 2024 and I can’t praise her enough. I’ve always worked out be it home workouts or hitting gym few days a week but my weight will not budge. Training under Pritma has made me aware of how to balance our body overall. She taught me the benefits of quantifying food and not excluding any food groups. I’ve taken crash diets in the past such as no sugar, no carbs, extremely low calorie diet only to feel frustrated and fall off the wagon. With FITTR,I didn’t have to quit chai or rice or roti and I still lost weight. I’ve still not reached my goal but my progress has been very visible. I’ve lost 16 lbs in 4 months and still work in progress. Pritma is a very knowledgeable, practical and a motivating coach. She’ll diligently schedule weekly calls and make sure you are accountable and motivated. I’m glad that I found you Pritma and I owe you for helping me achieve my goals. She empowers me every week to get closer to my goal. Truly thankful, grateful and blessed to find you. Thank you Pritma for being there and mentoring me :)

I enrolled under Pritma in Dec 2024 . I’m still continuing my journey under her guidance , but I just thought I’ll write this feedback so that it can help other people in making an informed decision. She is very helpful and diligent. She makes sure that I share my meal pics every single day . The weekly calls feel scary but good because she keeps you accountable and helps and motivates . Some weeks are great and some week are not, but she keeps pushing and never says any discouraging words. Her meal plan has helped me lose around 10 pounds and few inches currently. I have thyroid issues and a mom pouch (which to my surprise is getting flatter) . I’m going to stick to her for a year and then post pictures . Thank you Pritma for being patient with me and let’s work harder 🙌💪
