Pritma is an outstanding coach who helped me kickstart my wellness journey. She patiently explained portion sizes, crafted a practical, personalized plan, and followed up weekly to monitor progress. Her thoughtful check-ins kept me accountable and motivated, and within a few weeks I began to notice meaningful changes in my energy levels and daily habits.
Hypothyroidism , PCOS, bloating, postpartum weight gain, weight that doesn’t budge no matter what you do! You lose some only to gain it back and some more very quickly. Sounds familiar? Yes, that was me until I was introduced by my friends to Fittr and Pritma 6 months ago. Having a high pressure 9-5 job, a rambunctious 3.5 year old and managing whole household while living abroad can be very challenging and leaves very little time to give to yourself. You’re always having something to do, somewhere to be or someone needing you. Over the years, I have tried various diets, eliminating carbs, having just salads and soups, joined a couch to 5k group but nothing seemed to work. My husband and I enrolled with Pritma in April 2025 and that was a game changer for us. She made us realize how important a balanced diet is. We did not have to change any of our regular meals , it was all about portion control and balancing the food groups in every meal and the weight started shedding off with every passing week. I have lost a total of 12 kgs in 6 months which is nothing short of a miracle to me after years of trying. Her workouts are simple as well and while I have struggled to keep up with the consistency with exercise due to my routine being haphazard at the moment, I have realized how important it is and try my best to increase my activity during the day and push myself a little more every weekend. Pritma has been instrumental in changing our mindset be it exercise, eating out or following moderation in everything , everyday. I still have a long way to go but I am incredibly grateful for her guidance all along. I have not only lost weight, but have felt great improvement in my energy levels throughout the day and I am able to manage my day to day tasks lot more easily without fatigue setting in by afternoon. No more bloating either. I have learnt that consistency is the key and it is a lifestyle change that gives results and not crash diets or extreme exercise routines.
Pritma is an amazing coach. She has been supporting me with her motivational talks and guidance on how to balance my lifestyle. My major concern was consistency, have tried many options, registered many places but nothing worked. I then happened to register with Pritma Bhushan and I can’t be thankful enough that how wonderful she is, she has boosted my confidence that weight loss journey can be amazing and it really worked that way. Her regular calls and giving her time to listen to me….she is very very motivating!!! I am still with her, in process of my transformation and I would say I can surely achieve my goal with a big smile on my face. To many…. who are under the covers of failure and have silently given up hopes of feeling and looking different in front of the mirror, in front of their family, friends and loved ones, given-up hopes to feel confident in an attire you’ve always wanted to fit into. And also, to all those who due to past not-well documented weight management techniques, lamenting would this day ever find me in my calendar…I’m glad you’ve been introduced to Pritma. To all others who have simply landed by chance looking for a nutritionist, on Pritma’s profile, I am happy to say your search ends here and your willful journey starts. Signup straight away! Pritma drafts out a diet plan specific to your body composition, meaning you will unlearn your old food habits and learn to eat right. Let’s be honest, we have lost track of what is essential and what is not and is the very reason why we are looking for support. The next big question, is it sustainable? Well to me and to my partner, we have not made drastic changes from our regular cuisine/meal/mealprep that we used to eat before. Small correction on balancing our diet, portion control and a not so strenuous workout plan recommended by Pritma that we follow. We still eat the same old food with checks and measures in place and sure is sustainable for us! One you get the hang of being able to read your meal ahead and what it would do to you, you are all set! Do I recommend Pritma? Yes fully. She is more switched-on than you are and understands all issues one would face during the early days and rest-assured you know she is there fully to support you in your journey.
