Surreal Moment: My Transformation Journey (92kg to 73.5kg) From a chubby child to a healthy girl and now a fit woman, my transformation journey has been truly incredible. I still can’t believe I am on the scale with this figure. It hasn’t been easy, but I firmly believe that everything is possible with the right guidance, effort, and consistency. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to my coach and guide, Prithvi, whose constant support, encouragement, and expert guidance made this journey possible. Without him, I wouldn’t have achieved these results. This journey has become a learning experience. I realized how my body reacts to food, stress, sleep, and emotions. Initially, I believed that no matter how much I starved or exercised, I wouldn’t lose weight unless I joined a specific platform like FITTR. I started dieting to avoid crossing 100 kg, and I successfully reduced to around 86 kg, but I didn’t see further progress. Frustration led me to understand that proper calorie management, discipline, and consistency are the real keys to success, not just hours of exercise or starving myself. Today, I am grateful to be part of this community. Whenever I feel low, I open this app and read inspiring stories, which motivate me to stay on track. My message to everyone is that big changes take time, and patience is essential. Thanks to Prithvi’s guidance, I now know that maintaining this healthy lifestyle is possible—and even if I stray, I will always find my way back under his mentorship. Your feedback and stories can inspire others too, so keep sharing and motivating each other!
Easy to work with and very knowledgeable about foods and fitness. Very encouraging and inspirational! Prithvi is an amazing coach I recommend for any kind of a person. He also adapts to your goals and focuses on the long term goals than a quick fad and trend. Thank you for all the encouragement and progress. I was active till end of 2024 but lost track due to hectic work and other things. Had gained +8 kilos and was trying multiple things like crossfit, gym, etc but was missing the consistency. Working with Prithvi over 100 days got me back on track. 1. Prithvi regularly checks up on you and motivates you. Video calls every week helped as an anchor for progress 2. Daily 10k steps slowly became an identity for me. 3. Started back quantified nutrition which I hadn't done in the last 2 years. helped in fat loss gradually. 4. the community, monthly challenges added additional excitement too there was never the pressure of timelines or deadlines with fatloss but focus has been on being sustainable, taking small steps would highly recommend Prithvi 😊
