Prithvi is an Excellent and Supportive coach. He patiently listens to all our concerns and designs personalized diet and workout plans based on our needs. His weekly update calls keeps us motivated and consistent, helping us stay on track toward healthier lifestyle. He carefully monitors progress each week and adjust the plan accordingly, ensuring steady improvement.what truly sets him apart is the time he invests in showing and correcting the workout pstures, which makes me comfirtable with the excercises. Prithvi Sir has been a game changer for me and it did not start with him being my coach but it started way back in 2021 when he was just a colleague and he sat right next to me. It was such a blessing in disguise. He very casually made me aware of my food choices suggesting me to avoid unhealthy sugary and fried foods from the vending machine and suggesting healthy alternatives. It was funny how just sitting beside him and guilt tripping on binge eating unhealthy food I reduced around 20 kgs. However we changed workplaces and I again ended up gaining back the weight. It was in September of 2025 that I decided to take up Sir as my Coach. He is so professional and understands each and every goal and answers the most stupid questions. I have seen quite a lot of progress in the last three months already. The best part is I can be honest with him regarding my deviations as well and he finds a way to keep motivated. His diet plans are so simple and viable to be able to stick in the long run. I have never felt better in my skin. Though I am still on the way to my goal, I can say that I have built some habits over the last three months. As the coach says, it’s not about results but about building good habits. I am so grateful to him for instilling this thought in me that Health is the most worthy investment. ❤️
