My One-Year Transformation: From 90kg to 74kg – A Journey of Discipline, Guidance, and Change In June 2024, I weighed 90kg. I felt the weight—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I knew I needed to make a change, but like many people, I didn't know where to start. That’s when I decided to reach out for help—and I’m glad I did. Under the guidance of Coach Prithvi, everything started to shift. He didn't just give me a workout plan and disappear. He became a mentor, a motivator, and a guide who helped me change not just my body, but my lifestyle. The biggest transformation wasn’t only on the scale. It was in my habits. I learned how to eat with intention—not just less, but smarter. I started understanding the importance of a calorie deficit, and more importantly, protein intake. These two principles, combined with consistency and accountability, made all the difference. My meals became more balanced, my cravings reduced, and I no longer saw food as the enemy—but as fuel. Coach Prithvi’s approach wasn’t about shortcuts. It was about sustainability. We focused on habits that could last a lifetime—movement, nutrition, mindset. He showed me how to build a routine I could stick with, and he held me accountable every step of the way. By June 2025, I had reached 74kg. That’s 16kg down in a year—but more than the numbers, it’s the confidence, energy, and mental clarity I’ve gained that matter most. I feel stronger, lighter, and more in control of my choices. Prithvi has been an incredible coach—not just for me, but for everyone in the group. With him, it’s never just about hitting numbers (though going from 168 lbs to 145 lbs and losing 7.6 inches off my waist in about 6 months is no small feat!). It’s equally about building sustainable habits, cultivating awareness around nutrition, and making long-term lifestyle changes. What I appreciated most was how he explained the “why” behind his recommendations. He educated me on what kind of nutrition my body needed, laid out a progressive plan, and supported me every step of the way. Despite being physically remote, he was consistently accessible whenever I needed guidance. He helped me manage cravings, suggested healthier alternatives, and was always there with practical ideas. What really stood out was his openness in sharing his own journey—his struggles, his mindset shifts, and the lessons he learned. That made the process feel relatable and grounded. A huge bonus with Prithvi is the community he’s built. The group of mentees is incredibly driven and supportive. I would like to say that Prithvi’s nutrition plan has been incredibly helpful—simple, practical, and easy to follow. It’s made a real difference and has motivated me to stay on track and now build a more focused exercise routine moving forward. His personal guidance and the small tweaks he makes on the fly when needed demonstrate how well he understands his work.
