I was active till end of 2024 but lost track due to hectic work and other things. Had gained +8 kilos and was trying multiple things like crossfit, gym, etc but was missing the consistency. Working with Prithvi over 100 days got me back on track. 1. Prithvi regularly checks up on you and motivates you. Video calls every week helped as an anchor for progress 2. Daily 10k steps slowly became an identity for me. 3. Started back quantified nutrition which I hadn't done in the last 2 years. helped in fat loss gradually. 4. the community, monthly challenges added additional excitement too there was never the pressure of timelines or deadlines with fatloss but focus has been on being sustainable, taking small steps would highly recommend Prithvi 😊

My One-Year Transformation: From 90kg to 74kg – A Journey of Discipline, Guidance, and Change In June 2024, I weighed 90kg. I felt the weight—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I knew I needed to make a change, but like many people, I didn't know where to start. That’s when I decided to reach out for help—and I’m glad I did. Under the guidance of Coach Prithvi, everything started to shift. He didn't just give me a workout plan and disappear. He became a mentor, a motivator, and a guide who helped me change not just my body, but my lifestyle. The biggest transformation wasn’t only on the scale. It was in my habits. I learned how to eat with intention—not just less, but smarter. I started understanding the importance of a calorie deficit, and more importantly, protein intake. These two principles, combined with consistency and accountability, made all the difference. My meals became more balanced, my cravings reduced, and I no longer saw food as the enemy—but as fuel. Coach Prithvi’s approach wasn’t about shortcuts. It was about sustainability. We focused on habits that could last a lifetime—movement, nutrition, mindset. He showed me how to build a routine I could stick with, and he held me accountable every step of the way. By June 2025, I had reached 74kg. That’s 16kg down in a year—but more than the numbers, it’s the confidence, energy, and mental clarity I’ve gained that matter most. I feel stronger, lighter, and more in control of my choices.
