Before starting this plan, my cholesterol level was very high, around 275. After following the diet plan suggested by Prithvi, my cholesterol has now reduced to 220, which is a great improvement. And also I loose my weight from 66.7 kg to 61.9 kg 😀 in just 12 weeks. Prithvi is a very knowledgeable nutritionist and he takes excellent follow-ups with his clients. Initially, I was not following the plan properly and was cheating a little with the diet. However, Prithvi consistently followed up with me every morning and every day. Because of his regular follow-ups and guidance, I became more disciplined and started following the plan correctly. As a result, I started seeing good results in my health. Prithvi is truly a great nutritionist, and if you follow the plan he provides sincerely, you will definitely see positive results. Thanks Pritvi

Prithvi is one of the great coaches. He helped alot to stay aligned with my goals and to be consistent all the time. He will regularly follow up and assist with everything we need. I strongly recommend you to choose him if you’re someone who frequently starts and breaks the diet and not being consistent with your goals.

I enrolled with Prithvi garu and has lost 7 kgs in 3 months He gave a clear diet plan which suits our day to day lifestyle and habits ( things we usually eat daily are recommended by him but quantifies the amount to eat ) gave a good sustainable excercise and walking goals . He follows up daily which is very commendable which you may not see with many coaches esp elite ones. I would definitely recommend him for people who want to start fitness journey . I would like to sincerely thank Coach Prithvi for his constant guidance and support throughout my fitness journey on Fittr. With his structured diet plan and regular follow-ups, I was able to lose around 4 kg, which has been very encouraging for me. He has been extremely supportive and consistently checks in to make sure I stay on track with my diet and daily habits. Even when I couldn’t be very consistent with exercises, he patiently kept reminding me about their importance and motivated me to include them in my routine. I also really appreciate how he explained healthy eating habits—what foods are good for the body and what should be avoided—which helped me make better lifestyle choices. His dedication and continuous encouragement truly make a difference.
