I still can't believe I did it-going from 78kgs to 63.5kgs felt like a dream once,but today it's my reality! All thanks to my amazing coach my brother Prithvi ,who belived in me when i didn't.No fancy diet's ,no expensive supplements-just simple exercises and home made food. I'hv not just lost weight, I'hv gained confidence, energy and a love for my own body again.This journey changed my life. All thanks to my coach smart guidance 🙌 I highly recommend this approach to anyone looking for real,lasting results. 🤩🤩

Im an overseas client from Canada! I got recommended to FITTR by a friend and Prithvi was the first coach I met and chose to work with. In my 7 months of working with him, I have walked 2.5 Million steps, lost close to 10 kg in weight and several inches in body measurements. Prithvi's approach to fitness is a very sustainable, habit building one so you understand fitness is a life long process and not some crash diet course. This kept my chin up on the weeks I couldn't see any progress and when I rushed towards weight loss. I was in constant touch with Prithvi every week and got several tips to follow the workout and diet plans even working 12-14 hour work days. Lastly, Fitness isnt a choice in today's world. Its a need for a long, pain-free life and to gain respect among our social circle. Prithvi helps you get there but with empathy and a slow and steady approach. All you need to do is follow his plan with very minimal deviations and reach out whenever you hit a roadblock. You will acheive your goals in no time. I will definitely recommend  him to anyone who is looking to build habits towards a safe, sustainable fat loss and muscle development. Thank you Prithvi!
