I've been training with Prince for about two months. His sessions are very well-structured, focused on building strength effectively, and always push me to go beyond my known limits. I’ve already noticed progress in my strength, overall fitness and energy through the day. What stands out most is his attention to detail and constant encouragement. He corrects my form when needed, explains each movement and exercises clearly, and keep me motivated throughout. Along with exercises, he also helped me with pro tips about nutrition and diet, which really helped with maintaining the energy levels and recovery.
