I started my fitness journey with Prince Arora in Jan 2026 at around 68–69 kg, and within just one month I had already lost 2–3 kgs. Currently, I’m at 63 kg—and the journey has been smooth and sustainable throughout. What I really appreciated was that he didn’t put me on any fancy or restrictive diet. Instead, he designed a simple calorie deficit plan that fit into my routine. I was able to complete my steps, workouts, and meals comfortably without ever feeling low on energy or weak. He explains everything really well, takes regular feedback every weekend at our convenience, and even shared his cookbook which made trying new recipes easy and interesting.
