I had the pleasure of working with Prem as my dietitian, and I’m truly grateful for his guidance and support. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I joined FITTR with Prem with a simple goal—to become healthier and fitter. Coming from a sedentary lifestyle, with a busy schedule, no clear fitness goals, and no time allocated for exercise, I honestly didn’t know where to start. Prem helped me bring structure and clarity from day one. He focused on setting small, achievable targets and regularly measuring progress, which made the journey feel manageable and motivating. We started with very simple home workouts using resistance bands and gradually transitioned to the gym. I had zero gym experience earlier, but Prem patiently guided me through everything—especially form and technique—and consistently corrected me, which built my confidence over time. Nutrition was honestly the best part of the coaching. The plan was extremely easy to follow and fit perfectly into my lifestyle. Prem explains every situation in detail and is very empathetic in his approach. What I really appreciate is that he always shared multiple ways to handle different situations and then left the responsibility with me to choose and act—this helped me become more aware and accountable instead of feeling restricted. As a coach, Prem is supportive, patient, and very practical. He understands real-life situations well and coaches in a way that is sustainable rather than extreme. The focus on basics and long-term consistency really sets him apart. In terms of results, the transformation has been amazing. Over 6 months, I lost 10 kg of weight and reduced 11 cm from my waist. More importantly, my energy levels have improved significantly, my confidence is much higher, and my mindset towards food and exercise has shifted in a very positive way. Prem ensures you always have a goal in mind and are steadily moving towards it, without overwhelming you.
