I had a really good experience with my coach Preeti throughout this journey β€οΈ I lost 7 kgs in 6 months, and the best part was that the process felt healthy and sustainable. Even after taking a 2-month break due to my accident, she constantly motivated me and helped me get back on track without making me feel guilty or pressured. Her guidance always felt realistic and easy to follow, which made the journey much less stressful. She was always patient, motivating, and understanding, and that support genuinely made a huge difference for me. Iβm really grateful for everything I learned during this journey and for the confidence I gained along the way.
I connected with Preeti almost six months back when I embarked on a journey of being healthy by eating healthy and, by virtue of that, losing weight and gaining muscle strength. I had been exercising (functional and strength) for more than four years, however my weight loss had plateaued and was not progressing. Preeti guided me on how eating balanced and healthy is equally as important as exercising for being healthy and managing weight. Preeti has been a good coach and mentor. In my first session with her, she listened patiently to my objectives, the reasons behind them, and also listened to my history of exercising, my habits, eating patterns, etc., and then came up with a curated plan. There have been instances during my journey when I faced challenges in terms of following strict restrictions; however, Preeti worked with me by altering the options to suit my cravings. Another quality I have always admired in her is her commitment to clients. She is extremely dedicated and punctual and would never miss a conversation or meeting, and always shows up for her clients. I strongly recommend Preeti as a coach for anyone who is on a mission to be healthy.
Preeti has been incredible. She was always a message /call away throughout my fitness journey. She was extremely supportive and a very good listener. She encouraged me throughout the journey and made sure it was a 2 way talk rather than a mentor mentee way of discussion She focused on setting realistic and sustainable goals rather than focusing just on body measurements. From the start she mentored and inculcated that mindset shift of following healthy lifestyle is all that matters and weight loss is just the byproduct. I started the program sometime November end and that being the holiday time, it was inconsistent with all the social and professional commitments, I was able to be consistent with my nutrition and exercises to atleast 75%. She gave me a new confidence as what I am capable of and how healthy lifestyle is possible and not many fancy changes are required to achieve it In this 3 months my body fat got reduced by 10% which is a huge improvement with all the underlying medical conditions I had. My sleep was improved from 3-4 hrs to 7-8 hrs consistently. Preeti is truly an amazing and thorough coach and would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for sustainable holistic lifestyle. Thank you Preeti once again for all the tools that I have gotten to maintain this lifestyle for life.
Preeti has been an incredible coach and a constant source of motivation throughout my fitness journey. I started working with her postpartum, once my baby turned one year old. From the very beginning, she was extremely understanding of my situation as a new mother and always encouraged me to do my best within my capacity, especially while managing an infant. She focused on setting small, realistic, and achievable targets, which made the journey feel manageable and motivating. Every time I achieved a goal and shared the results with her, she would thoughtfully plan the next target. This gradual and structured approach helped me stay consistent. It has now been almost 10 months, and my lifestyle has completely changed for the better. I have developed healthy habits like quantifying my meals, planning protein-rich vegetarian food even during outings, and staying mindful of my diet and daily steps. Despite irregular sleep due to the baby and not being able to hit the gym regularly, I stayed consistent with my nutrition and activity. As a result, I successfully met my 2025 goal early and lost 10 kgs in 10 months. There were phases where progress felt slow, but Preeti always encouraged me to stay patient, monitor trends instead of daily fluctuations, and keep going. As a mother herself, she is extremely empathetic, calm, and motivating, which made a huge difference during challenging times. Preeti is truly an amazing coach, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sustainable, vegetarian fitness and nutrition planβespecially new mothers.
