I enrolled with Coach Pratima on 29 th April 2025 while I was in USA and she turned out to be a blessing to me. My main intention was to control my urge to eat chocolate/cakes /and not to forget the icecream and I needed someone old enough to understand my age related issues with knee pain et al . Pratima understood me the moment we got connected & with her soft , loving & affectionate way created the plan for me. It was difficult for me to do everything as told but I did maximum what I could. I lost weight almost 4 kgs and a lot inches every where. Clothes started fitting well and I was energetic throughout the day. Not even one day I felt tired or bloated. In fact seeing me , my son in law (in US) and daughter in law in Dubai too enrolled . I am truly grateful to Pratima for giving only what was possible as the whole this period ( April to October) I was travelling US, Dubai and Iceland . But I am today at a stage where I am energetic/lighter and fitter thanks to Pratima & her gentle push towards good health. It’s a life changing journey and I hope to be on it forever ❤️🌈
