Pratima ji has been fantastic. This is the first program i have been able to stick with and that is only because of Pratima ji’s persistence. She has kept me on track despite my reluctance. She doesn’t make you feel guilty for missing a check in or small lapses. She encourages you to keep moving forward. I am getting compliments about my face looking younger like i got cosmetic procedures done. I dropped two dress sizes!

I have been on Fittr since long time,also have knowledge about quantified nutrition and exercise science but I have not successfully transformed myself yet. Pratima Mam is a wonderful coach , she listens to all your queries and confusions patiently and gives wonderful suggestions . I was trying to loose fat / weight for a very long time and tried many things but all in vain . Then after I read about Pratima Mam in fitter app I knew that she would be my coach . I have successfully reduced some amount of weight with huge fat loss in spite of travels and many deviations in diet , whenever I am disappointed with my journey she boosts me up . Her exercise plans are very simple and can be done by anyone . According to to me she plays a crucial role in making me understand the importance of diet ( protein , carbs and fats) in our life . I am blessed to have Her as my coach 🙏🙏. NOTE : I also have thyroid and I am in premenopausal state
