I enrolled with coach Pratima after she was suggested to me by JC sir himself as I was writing to him for a long time on emotional eating. To me the biggest advantage with Pratima ma'am is her motherly affection. And her own fitness is such an inspiration. I highly recommend her.

I enrolled with Coach Pratima around 17th April and have had a very positive experience so far. In this short period, I have lost over 4 kg and 7 inches overall. Along with visible body changes, I’ve also noticed great improvements in my health — my inflammation has reduced, sleep quality has improved, and I feel stronger and more active in daily life. What I really appreciate is how well she understands the needs of elderly people and creates simple, practical guidance. Her diet plans are based on home-cooked food with easy and sustainable recipes that are easy to follow. Overall, she is a very supportive and understanding coach who focuses on long-term health and well-being.
