I started strength training for the first time in my life at 50 years of age. Although I was not very unfit, My goal was to be fitter, maintain and increase overall strength and prevent loss of muscle mass related to age. I was looking for proper structured guidance for the same as beginner and I enrolled on fittr app under coach @Prateek Agrawal. He understood my goals, my food habits, diet type, daily schedule patiently and drafted workout and diet plans accordingly.  Although I took 24 weeks plan with fittr, I was not able to dedicate time daily for my workouts, so effectively I would say, I was able to follow the plan for 12 weeks only. Even after that I lost 2.5 kg, reduced extra fat around chest, belly and waist area in effectively short span of 12-15 weeks. I am extremely satisfied with my slow and steady transormation which is credited to Prateek's thoughtful diet and workout plans as per my goals & diet habits, consistent tracking and follow ups. I am looking forward to restart my training under Prateek's coaching once my work commitments are over in short time. I can confidently recommend Prateek as a coach and mentor to anyone looking to improving their fitness. Thank you Prateek Agrawal for always motivating and inspiring.

I’ve recently started my strength training journey with this coach Prateek, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. I was specifically looking for someone who could truly guide me forward, and he has exceeded my expectations in every way. He is incredibly patient and takes the time to understand my current level, making sure I feel comfortable while still challenging me to improve. What really stands out is how hands on he is, he pays close attention to posture and form, ensuring every movement is done correctly and safely. His approach is also very thoughtful and supportive. He regularly checks in on me, not just during workouts but also about things like hydration, nutrition, and overall well-being. It makes a big difference to feel genuinely supported throughout the process. I also appreciate how innovative and adaptable his training methods are, which keeps the sessions engaging and effective. Overall, he is exactly the kind of coach I was looking for someone who is invested in my progress and truly committed to helping me grow stronger. I would highly recommend him to anyone serious about improving their strength and fitness.
