I’ve recently started my strength training journey with this coach Prateek, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. I was specifically looking for someone who could truly guide me forward, and he has exceeded my expectations in every way. He is incredibly patient and takes the time to understand my current level, making sure I feel comfortable while still challenging me to improve. What really stands out is how hands on he is, he pays close attention to posture and form, ensuring every movement is done correctly and safely. His approach is also very thoughtful and supportive. He regularly checks in on me, not just during workouts but also about things like hydration, nutrition, and overall well-being. It makes a big difference to feel genuinely supported throughout the process. I also appreciate how innovative and adaptable his training methods are, which keeps the sessions engaging and effective. Overall, he is exactly the kind of coach I was looking for someone who is invested in my progress and truly committed to helping me grow stronger.
