I’ve had a very positive experience working with Prashant. What stood out from the beginning was his understanding of the challenges that come with the pre-menopausal phase and the fact that weight loss is not always straightforward. Rather than focusing only on food and workouts, he took a truly holistic approach, paying equal attention to sleep, stress management, hydration, recovery, and overall lifestyle habits.
