It’s been around 4 months since I started my fitness journey with Coach Prashant Vyas, and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. I’ve lost around 9 kilos, but more than the numbers, I’ve gained confidence, discipline, and a much healthier routine. Prashant has been very consistent and focused on my goals from day one. He keeps following up, gives timely feedback, and adjusts the plan whenever required. He’s also a very good listener and makes sure the plan suits your lifestyle. I really like how he approaches everything in a scientific and practical manner, which makes it easy to follow and sustain.
