It’s been around 4 months since I started my fitness journey with Coach Prashant Vyas, and it’s been a wonderful experience so far. I’ve lost around 9 kilos, but more than the numbers, I’ve gained confidence, discipline, and a much healthier routine. Prashant has been very consistent and focused on my goals from day one.
