I got inspired by his own Transformation and started my journey under his guidance since April. I being pure vegetarian Prashant designed a perfect Diet plan along with weekly muscle training plan. He is cooperative and very much supportive. I will highly recommend him being a fitness coach. Prashant has well set schedule plan for weekly follow up and answered my all queries. Under his guidance I lost @4kg and 2inch waist reduction. At 50 on the body parameters my biological age is appearing as 45 and the credit goes to one and only one Prashant.
