I have been training with Prashant past 6 months good motivation and I was training myself past from many years but he corrected me and guide me for my lifestyle improvement...I have improved a lot n learnt many exercise and my diet plan was so simple and easy to measure so that I can continue for future accordingly...during my injuries he guided me n his tips helped me to come..he showed me it's not easy task v have to do hard work n correct lifestyle to gain ,now i feel confident and try to do the same,he is nice n easy to communicate....
I have been training with Prashant for almost 4 months now. In that time I have seen measurable improvements in my lifestyle markers- body fat down by 2.4%, waist reduced 2 inches, hips down 1.5 inches. Most importantly, my HbA1c improved from 6.7 to 6.2, showing better blood sugar control. He helped me rebuild my relationship with food through quantified nutrition.
