Though its too early into the regime, yet the interest which Mr Prashant Khose has shown is mention worthy. Be it tweaking the workout plans or incorporating minor changes in diet as per my convenience, he has been accommodating in all aspects. Too top it off, he has been a motivator to the core and always reminded to have patience and trust the process. Way to go.
Took 12week package under Prashant sir and lost 8kgs in 12 weeks. this was healthy loss. During these 12 week, Prashant anwsered all the queries which j asked on WhatsApp or call.He made diet charts on natural diet which I was looking for. no shortcuts and discipline n dedicatedly guided me during entire journey
I have had wonderful experience working with Prashant. He guided me as a coach and friend from time to time. We set realistic targets and worked together to achieve the same.
