Hi,I am so happy with my transformation journey with Prasanth.if we follow what he says we will reach our goal.
Getting into the program, my main concern was maintaining my diet and managing it when eating or at any celebrations. 4 months since I started my Journey with Prasanth. It’s been an amazing experience. He has guided me really well every step of the way. Especially when there were situations where deviating from the diet was inevitable (work and family commitments),he has detailed discussion , even looking at the menu if it’s available. He helps me visualise and understand what I can eat and what to exclude, also how to prepare myself before heading out. I really appreciate his holistic approach to consider dietary habits, work and lifestyle when guiding through the transformation. Weekly catchups help keeps me accountable and discussions with Prasanth help me understand where I can improve. I think the main thing to realise when taking on the journey with him is that the results depends on how committed and truthful you are in the process. It’s a long journey but I am excited to see the results when comparing in the weekly tracker. Thanks Prasanth!
Hi guys my name is BHAGYA! I’m so happy to put good words for PRASHANTH. I was with him in fitness journey for 3 months. I have tried so many trainers but he is different trust me. I have an accountability every week and he is super serious for that that what I need. I never been so strict in dieting and I can’t believe what I accomplished after 3 months. Please do what PRASHANTH says he knows what he is doing. Finally trust him and trust the process.
I was introduced to Prasanth by a friend who also had similar goals like mine and trusted his judgement and guidance in his journey. Initially I was a little nervous because I am based in the US and wondering how remote coaching is going to work. But ever since I started out in this fitness journey, Prasanth has guided me in a way in which I’m proud of myself, making healthier choices for food and routinely going to the gym. He knows the nitty gritty of fitness and is a perfect fit for people who are starting out in this journey.
