I am Prasanth (Prazo), a mechanical engineer by profession ,passionate basketball player, dance choreographer, and now an avid fitness and transformation enthusiast.I am certified by Institute of Nutrition and Fitness Science (INFS) and currently pursuing my Exercise Science Specialist course from INFS. My journey in the amazon of fitness began in 2015 and within 3 yrs I found myself transformed and achieved a commendable fourth place in the Mr South India 2017. The Transformation challenge 3 and 4 had me in the top 50 places among men.The injuries that I sustained , two accidents, ligament tear....etc just on the dawn of my entry into transformation is enough to drive the fact that nothing can stand between you and your fitness goals.I would drive four hours to office and back and cook my food with passion of course. Nothing that tries to ward you off,could be a deterrent to stop you from traversing your own journey into fitness. Understanding the progress and processing of the food that we eat within the complex human system is my goal, as it is very individualistic. Unravelling the myths about Nutrition,fitness,exercising and healthy eating would help people tread on this field with ease and comfort. As I have travelled through fitness regimes, I personally am convicted that a good physical and mental fitness are achievable goals, be it anybody from any strata of society- a student, a professional, housewife, busy magnate etc etc. Believe me, it is not about transient and temporary changes that fade with time. It is about sustainable plans with room for satiation of individual food desires. I believe in strong professionalism in what I effect in your food and life style. Let us focus on our long and short term goals. Let us first carefully and keenly set up precision fitness goals.
