i had started my fitness and re- allignment journey with Pragati this March. . This was officially my first journey under a coach and proper guidance and I should say it was just wonderful. I had a good amount of self proclaimed stints with fitness which were momentary and frustrating as things would always bounce back. Pragati provided the right approach, right guidance aiding me in my journey. Answering all my constant Shower of questions patiently . today I would say iam really a better self I started my journey with around 73-73.5 and today am 69.8. A whooping 7.2% Body fat reduction. reduction in my Bmi all this which I never imagined. For me fitness was seeing the drop in scale but with her learned that there are a plethora of parameters other than just the weighting scale iam really happy rebuilding myself. It's just the start and am eagerly waiting to see myself Fit and Fab inside and outside... Long journey and path awaits me and hoping that i would scale this out well with her by my side. Thanks Pragati for mentoring me ..
I have been training with Pragati mam for the past 3 years . She is an excellent trainer . I have been working out with merely water bottles . But today I am able to do easy dead lifts with 40kg. That is the strength she has built in me. Happy to travel with her in this fitness journey.
