I have been training with Pragati mam for the past 3 years . She is an excellent trainer . I have been working out with merely water bottles . But today I am able to do easy dead lifts with 40kg. That is the strength she has built in me. Happy to travel with her in this fitness journey.

I’ve been training with Pragati for the past two months, and it’s been a really positive experience. With her help on both my diet and workouts, I’ve made real progress. I’ve lost 6 pounds and also noticed a difference in my measurements. She’s been really supportive and motivating, which has helped a lot because staying consistent with workouts has always been a challenge for me. I also really appreciate how regularly she checks in.
