I have been training with poonam on and off for the last 6 months. She is very kind, compassionate and understood my needs and made a plan that is suitable for me. She is super knowledgeable and is always there to help me with modifications in my workout as I developed carpal tunnel syndrome. I would continue working with her until I reach my goals and even after that. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.
I have been training with her since the last 6-7 months. It has been a great experience for me. She is very knowledgeable and very professional and patient with her training methods. I got to learn a lot of things about different work outs and the correct techniques while doing them, which I was not aware of before. Thanks to her, I really enjoyed training and it helped me learn new things, especially in Martial Arts, in which I have developed a new interest after so many sessions. Always wanted to learn Martial Arts, and I'm really happy that I got the chance through Fittr app. I'm happy to have trained with her and would definitely recommend. Thoroughly enjoyed my training. I definitely feel fitter and stronger than before. Still a long way to go for me, and I would like to continue getting better under her guidance.
Definitely the best coach. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. An exceptionally strong, knowledgeable trainer. Have seen an amazing transformation of one of my best friends trained under her. Was lucky I got Poonam. It's over a month now for me, under her training. Appreciate how she logically explains and motivates.
I started with Poonam 4 weeks ago and have never done strength training. it's also been a while since I have been active in anyway. Poonam spent time understanding and assessing my current state and then devised a plan of action. She is an amazing coach encouraging and pushing you to the next step all at the same time. She takes time to explain and correct posture as needed. She is a wealth of knowledge and has really motivated the lazy me to continue the pursuit of strength training! thanks Poonam!
