When I started my fitness journey with coach Poonam, I was 13 months post pregnancy and I was struggling to find a workout routine to gain back my strength and loose weight. It was the best decision to start my online training with coach Poonam. She helped me maintain a routine and be accountable for my own progress. It was my first-time lifting weights ever with very limited knowledge about strength and conditioning, but coach Poonam did not make me feel like that. She has taught me so many exercises and the correct way to do them along with it’s benefits. Weeks after weeks I started to see the difference of how I was able to lift more heavy weights and increased reps as well. This was only possible because the coach pushed me to crush my own target. She has continuously tracked my progress each session and has motivated me to do better from the previous week. Because of her motivation I was pumped to do better and better. She repeatedly showed me the workouts describing how to do it the best way. She has always been available to guide me on questions I had and answers with detail. She is also very punctual with her timing and super disciplined which has influenced me to incorporate that in my life. She listens to what your questions or concerns and comes up with a solution that will work for you effectively. The last three months working with her, I have become more confident and less anxious about lifting weights. I always thought doing HIIT workouts is the only way to lose weight, but coach has made me realized that strength training is equally beneficial and fun as well and she was absolutely on point. From never lifting weights to lifting 10-20lbs I have come a long way and it was only possible because of coach Poonam. She is very hardworking and gets so involved in your goals as her own. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for personal training. I am more than satisfied with training with her and could not have asked for more.
