Pooja is an excellent Yoga instructor. It’s has been one month since I started Yoga classes with her. She helps me strengthening my lower back which I have been suffering for few years ago. I definitely feel the difference now after 1 month, more flexible! Thank you Pooja and I strongly recommend her to everyone. I hope our journey will continue….😊

Journey with Pooja is continuing ....its been 2 yrs now ...she is now ,not my trainer but a part of my physical wellbeing ....I could feel the flexibility and stamina increase at its best ...As per my body changes and my mental status...Pooja changes the exercises.So ,in the 1 hour time ,she could bring be back to healthy state ,which inturn gives me full energy through out the day . THANKS to Pooja and I strongly recommend her to one and all...

Best part of my Yoga sessions with Pooja is how easily she understands the strengths and limitations of my body and then gradually helps me perform Asanas to perfection. I have learned so many new techniques, the importance of warmups and counter poses of asanas. She is encouraging and persistant;even when i give up, she will convince me to make that extra effort. Also she gives special importance to what not to do during practice to avoid any injury. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to have a deeper learning of yoga and make it an everyday part of life.
