I joined Pooja’s yoga and strength training sessions through Fittr at a time when I was struggling with severe right-hand and shoulder pain due to my IT job and everyday household chores. The discomfort had started affecting my work, daily routine, and even my sleep. I had tried various remedies before, but nothing gave lasting relief — until I met Pooja. From the very first session, Pooja carefully listened to my concerns, assessed my posture and movement patterns, and quickly identified the root cause of my pain. She designed a well-structured plan that combined therapeutic yoga stretches, targeted strength exercises, and mindful breathing techniques. Her attention to detail and ability to tailor each session to my needs made a huge difference. Within just a few weeks, I noticed significant improvement — the stiffness began to ease, and the pain started fading away. In less than a month, my shoulder and hand pain completely disappeared, and even after spending long hours at work, it hasn’t returned since! Pooja’s sessions strike the perfect balance between yoga, strength training, and relaxation. Every class feels refreshing, empowering, and motivating. She ensures correct form, pushes you just the right amount, and celebrates every bit of progress along the way. Her positive energy and encouraging nature make every workout something to look forward to. I initially enrolled for 3 months, and after seeing such amazing results — not just physically, but mentally too — I’ve now signed up with her for a full year. My flexibility, posture, and overall strength have improved tremendously, and I feel healthier and more confident than ever before. I’m truly grateful for Pooja’s expertise, guidance, and genuine care. She’s not just a trainer — she’s a healer and a true motivator. I have been training with my lovely Coach Pooja since past 6 months now. I have been training with couple of FITTR coaches on and off since 2022. Loosing weight and regaining it back due to my own negligence and laziness. Then a day came when I had major fall. Eventually, I developed an extremely painful Disc Compression and Sciatica nerve issue. I was having an unbearable pain starting from the back of my hips and going all the way to the tip of my left feet. I was having my physiotherapy and Chiropractic sessions at regular intervals. I was in pain and thus not motivated enough to incorporate remedial exercises in my daily life. I discussed this issue with the FITTR Operations Team who helped me to find Pooja, and that’s how Pooja came into my life – GOD SENT!!!!...FITTR Since day 1, Pooja has been very supportive and understood my needs, my health conditions and goals and thus tailored my exercise routine accordingly. She is super knowledgeable and is always there to help me with modifications in my workouts. She is very kind and compassionate. Pooja spends lot of time understanding and assessing my current state and then devised a plan of action constantly. She is an amazing coach who encourages and pushes you to the next step. She takes time to explain the pose properly and corrects posture as needed. She always encourages and goes an extra mile with her efforts to better me and my strength. she also inspires me to eat healthy and maintain a good routine. She is a wealth of knowledge and has really motivated to do more and more to towards having a pain free life. I am almost near my goal now and once I reach it, I will further progress on my Fat-loss journey. Looking forward for more brighter future! Pooja has been an excellent coach. She takes care of details in aasanas, and encourages me to do better forms. Her friendly and accountable nature is helping me to grow in my fitness journey. Would recommend her 100 percent.
