I specialize in Ashtanga Vinyasa, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga ,Hatha Yoga, Power Yoga, and Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga and my sessions are a combination of asana, Body weight strength training exercises, pranayama, and meditation.
