I recently took a yoga class with pooja and I was really impressed with their teaching style. I came to her with a major problem of not losing weight. She was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the sessions, always taking the time to make sure that I was comfortable and understood the poses and how they would help me. In addition to the physical practice, pooja also led me through some wonderful meditation sessions that left me feeling calm and centered. Thanks to her guidance, I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility. What really sets her apart, however, is her ability to listen and provide personalized support. She helped me make positive changes to my lifestyle that have had a lasting impact. Not only that she also changed my way of looking at my problems. Like she says “don’t fight with ur problems make them ur friend and they will never brother you again”. I would highly recommend pooja and her yoga to anyone looking for motivation and inspiration.
