Pooja is an incredible and motivating fitness instructor. She has helped in reducing post natal weight in a proper and healthy way. Workouts are designed based on energetic levels and body needs. I am fully satisfied with her guidance and looking forward to full transformation under her guidance. I would highly recommend her for postnatal clients who are looking forward to managing weight with new responsibilities
I started practicing yoga with Pooja in March, after observing a few of her classes. My wife has been her student for some time, and seeing the positive impact it had on her encouraged me to join as well. I really appreciate the way Pooja carefully assesses each student’s abilities and provides personalized guidance focused on recovery and building strength. Most importantly, she has a deep understanding of what she teaches, which instills confidence in me and helps me stay calm instead of feeling nervous during the sessions. Her supportive approach makes the learning experience very comfortable and motivating.
Even the fit bodies and balanced mind sometimes go for a toss. I have been into fitness for a long time and with the amazing trainers in the past I have learned how to stay fit and be mindful of what I am eating but yet in the last 3 months, my body started showing me signs that my regular strength and conditioning training was not able to help. I had intense lower back pain with Sciatica. And that's how connected with Pooja and I started my journey Yoga journey with her. Pooja is very knowledgeable and at the same time, she made sure that I understood that Yoga is not only about asanas but also your inner well-being. She goes beyond and not only does she share her knowledge but often she is ready to go beyond. I have been training with her for a month and considering all my challenges like Plantar fasciitis, knee injury, and pooja has helped me to overcome my pain and I have seen tremendous relief in my lower back pain and sciatica.
As a first-time to-be-mom, I was clueless! Thankfully, I found Pooja for one-on-one prenatal yoga in my 1st trimester. It's been a game-changer! Pooja has been more than just a yoga teacher; she creates a calming space where we can focus on me and the baby. She tailors every session to my specific needs and trimester, making sure the exercises are safe and effective. She has a wealth of knowledge about pregnancy nutrition, which has been a lifesaver with all the confusing information out there. She answers all my questions, from weird cravings to backaches, with a smile and expert advice. To keep things fun and engaging, Pooja throws in a variety of exercises. We flow through gentle poses and stretches, strength training with weights, practice breathing techniques, and even meditate. I have been using yoga ball and wheel to keep things interesting and target different areas, and getting better with stretches over time. I highly recommend her to all to-be-moms - she'll be a great addition to your pre natal ritual.
