Pooja is amazing! I’ve been training with her for a few months, and I’m honestly feeling the best I’ve felt in years. Her workouts are fun but still push me, and she always makes sure I’m doing exercises the right way so I don’t get hurt. She also helped me figure out a meal plan that actually fits my lifestyle instead of forcing me to give up everything I love. I’ve lost weight, gained strength, and have way more energy. Plus, Pooja is super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes training so much less intimidating. If you’re looking for someone who knows her stuff and really cares about your progress, I totally recommend Pooja!

I Have been working with Pooja for the last 2.5 months and she has been such a great support in my journey. I enrolled with Pooja after looking at her pregnancy workouts and i am happy that i did. Pooja carefully listens and understands your issues and problem and works accordingly. The best part is that she motivates you with her own experience. She will always answer any queries or questions and will always work according to your interest. I have been into fitness before joining Fittr but wouldn’t see any difference in the scale or my measurements because of PCOD. Once I joined I shared all my concerns with Pooja and she was very patient with me and formulated a meal plan and workout plan which would suit me. She is always available on call or text if there was any issue or query and was always very supportive in our weekly calls. She is also very supportive with the changes in the meal plans according to our likes and dislikes. I have successfully completed 3 months under her training plan and I am very much happy with the results Start weight : 80kg Current weight: 74 kg I am so happy with the results that I have decided to continue under her for the next 3 months too. Thank you Pooja for all the patience and encouragement.
