Working with Payal has been a really important part of my journey. What stood out to me from the beginning was how supportive and motivating she has always been. She is not just a coach who gives you a plan, but someone who genuinely listens, understands your struggles, and is always there when you need guidance. For me, it was never only about nutrition. Through her coaching, I learned a lot more about my health, my habits, and how to build a healthier lifestyle overall. There were times I felt unmotivated or struggled, but her encouragement and constant support helped me stay focused and keep going. The impact she had on me goes beyond just physical changes — she helped me improve my mindset and my understanding of health, and that is something I truly value.

Hi all, Varun here. I work at an Oil Rig and have an ON-OFF duty pattern which makes it quite difficult to follow a strict diet/training plan as such, eventhough discipline can break all boundries🙂 Building discipline in training and eating the "right way" was the task. Payal Maam had my back throughout the journey for a period of 3months ensuring that I was on track and motivating when i occasionally slipped off. Weight gain is difficult compared to loss, and in this journey, Work schedule and sleep were my major obstacles. Payal Maam ensured that I was on track inspite of all. She helped me gain 03kg in 03months at a slow, steady and practical pace, considering the work and sleep schedule that I have Thank you Maam for helping me with the same and hope that many others are fortunate enough to get back on track under your guidance
A good trainer gives workouts and diet. A great trainer changes habits. Thank you for helping me lose 7 kg, keeping me accountable, and motivating me even on days I didn’t feel like I am not reducing Excited for the muscle-building phase now .
