I started working with Payal without expecting any dramatic weight loss or visible transformation. My goal was simple—to feel less tired and lethargic, build consistency with workouts, and eat cleaner. And that’s exactly what happened… along with a surprising inch and weight loss along the way. What truly made a difference for me was how Payal helped shift my mindset towards food. As a vegetarian, I always struggled with getting enough protein, but she gave me simple, practical fixes that actually worked in my daily life. With a hectic routine—managing work, home, and an active toddler—I needed something realistic, not overwhelming. Payal created a workout plan that fit seamlessly into my schedule, which made it possible for me to stay consistent without added stress. Three months in, my biggest takeaways are things I know will stay with me for life: 1. I can now eat clean and mindfully every day. Even when I go off track, I don’t feel lost—I know exactly how to get back without confusion. 2. I feel motivated to work out daily, not just for weight loss or a short-term goal, but because I’ve experienced how much better I feel when I move.
