I am currently 12 weeks into a 24-week fitness journey under the guidance of Coach Pankaj Dhuper through FITTR, and wanted to share a mid-transformation update and feedback based on my experience so far. Three months back, I started my program with just an empty bar. Now, I've grown strong enough to bench press 20 kgs on each side of the 20 kg bar and shoulder press 10 kgs on each side of the 15 kg bar. It’s incredible to see how a carefully structured strength and nutrition plan—rooted in science and practicality—can create such a profound transformation. I’ve lost 17.5 kgs in the last 12 weeks and >10% in body fat all on a vegetarian diet! What makes this journey even more special is the foundation Pankaj set around a sustainable diet and lasting lifestyle changes. He listens patiently to my goals, medical conditions and questions, making sure each workout and meal plan is evidence-based and suits my needs. I especially appreciate Pankaj's openness to scientific discussions and research, helping me learn the “why” behind body science. Not recommending unnecessary supplements has been invaluable, saving me money and keeping my path honest, enjoyable and manageable. Overall, I feel motivated, energetic, well-supported, and significantly more knowledgeable about the deeper aspects of fitness and well-being (like the hip hinge technique). I enrolled with pankaj twice - he is a excellent coach and guided me well throughout the journey. I like his approach of sustainable long term heathy fitr habits with simple Indian diet plan. He follows up regularly and helps us navigate any difficulties. My sleep quality and strength has improved,while stress levels have gone down. I can feel visible differences in my quality of life.
