It has been almost 3 months with Nitin Sir and I have benefited a lot from his guidance. I have started with a weight of 73 kgs and currently I have reduced my weight to 65 kgs. It has been a very learning 12 weeks for me with Nitin. My biggest unlock was the habit formation of discipline in food and workout which I was not able to follow before. He pushed me just the right amount without overdoing it which I think worked with me. About the diet, it was easy to follow. Simple and easy to prepare meals. He gave useful food tips if I had to go out of town. He also suggested home workouts if I am travelling and didn’t have gym access. In terms of outcome, I am satisfied. My strength has improved. I’m in better shape than before. I hope I continue to follow this lifestyle hereafter.
