What started as an experiment to explore how FITTR works has now reached a stage of personal commitment, progressive journey and improvements that are worth celebrating. From learning about how the science of nutrition works to the discipline one needs to maintain while enjoying their life is something that Nikita is a champion in. Her innate ability to make you do the right thing with just the right nudge and warmth is Beautiful. Nitika very enthusiastic and encouraging coach..very patient too. I restarted my journey in fitter with Nitika as a coach. I am really happy that I started with her.Her approach was very friendly and educative patiently listening to all my shortfalls .I had to travel a lot and could not strictly follow the diet plan.She was always encouraging and definitely a great motivator . Her diet plans and workouts were very practical for a person like me of age 62 and with diabetes. I would love to continue with her after few months and in the mean time follow the diet and workouts given by her. Thank you Nitika.. 💕

Age: 30 Weight Loss: 62 kg to 53 kg (Lost 9 kg) I recently struggled with sudden weight gain due to lifestyle changes and a lack of proper nutrition knowledge. Under the expert guidance of Coach Nitika, I’ve successfully lost 9 kg and completely transformed my lifestyle. The best part? I didn’t follow any fancy diet or eat anything unusual. I continued eating the same vegetarian foods—wheat flour, rice, bread, vegetables, fruits, milk, paneer, seeds, dry fruits, and regular cooking oil. What changed was the proportion of these foods—balanced carefully for carbs, protein, fiber, and fats. joining with nitika was one of my best decisions in life... I didn't only lose my weight and inches but also my laziness towards my health. Now, I can easily quantify my meals and manage it. She made the science and rationale behind weight gain, weight loss, and muscle strength so easy that I feel educated along with weight loss.
