Nikita Dogra is an excellent trainer. She motivates me and keeps on following up with me for updates. Due to her have been able to loose 8 kgs within short span of time Weight has dropped from 80 kgs to 72 kgs. She keeps me motivated and dosen’t let me give up. She gives me diet plan keeping my preferences in mind.It has been a remarkable progress considering my hectic lifestyle She ensures that I share daily updates and schedules all regularly. It has not only been a weight loss but significant inch loss Best part of weight loss has been that it has not made my skin dull rather added a glow to it. Everyone has complimented me on the same.
