Nitika is very helpful, highly patient. She constantly checks on my progress and helps me and motivates me to be on track whenever i fail. Nikita is a great coach . I enrolled under her for my post pregnancy weight loss journey. She was really very supportive and understood my situation and planned the diet accordingly . She is very patient and provides good motivation to push through the weight loss journey. She constantly checks with me on my diet , sleeping and exercise. When the progress was slow , she helped understand where I need to change and it has helped me to get back on track . I started seeing changes in my weight and also lost few inches. I have lot of confidence that she will help me through my weight loss journey. I have renewed my plan under her and going to continue this wonderful journey with her .
I always thought I couldn’t follow any type of diet as the things will be limited and I will have to survive on salads and all. But when you get to eat your favourite foods and the diet is based on your preferences, it was possible for me because of her. I had been trying to lose weight for a while post my pregnancy and delivery on my own but I could only lose a few pounds because I was not focusing on proper nutrition. I did intermittent fasting which helped to an extent but then I hit a plateau and was determined to lose some more weight so I decided to take help from Fittr and decided to enroll with a coach. I spoke to Nitika and in the first call itself she explained the importance of proper diet and quantified nutrition. She also mentioned that she will customize the workouts per my fitness level. I enrolled with her 2 months ago and I see positive changes in my physical health as well as mental health. With proper diet and workouts, I have more energy to run around my toddler and in general I feel better, energetic and more fit. I am not fasting anymore and get to enjot my absolute favorite chai while still being on a sustainable diet. I’ve lost 6 pounds and also the inch loss is significant.
