I lucked out by choosing Nitika as my coach. Having the work life balance of a slave ant, I have no fixed timings and am an emotional eater. In the 3 months thing that I took with Nitika, I was abroad for 1.5. She so kindly "suspended" my plan but kept taking updates from me. Thanks to her efforts, in spite of all the disturbances with health, travelling and work emergencies, I managed to shed 3 KGs. If you are someone who doesn't like being told what to do but need someone to actually gently nudge you in the correct direction, she is the right person for you. I might not have had a full body transformation but have really started watching what I put on my plate and in my mouth. it's no longer about feeling guilty about not eating right but the happiness at the end of the day about eating well. She is incredibly patient- I've had coaches before and noticed that they gave up on me if I didn't follow. not Nitika! she kept at it with me- through good weeks and bad. Ke0t motivating me to try my best and most importantly, when I failed, she taught me to be kind with myself and restart! I am definitely coming back to you Nitika!!

Lucky me! I enrolled with Coach Nitika. This journey was started from my 3rd month of ANC till 3rd month of PNC. This was my 2nd pregnancy and I was very much worried about weight gain. Because I have gained 24 kgs in the 1st one, now I put on only 12 kg this time, thanks to Nitika. You are very caring and encouraging both are equally important. Your dedication and guidance helped me to maintain my fitness throughout my pregnancy. Every week, your approach was very effective. You were able to explain complex concepts in a way that were easy to understand and you encouraged my participation, which made my diet plan and workout interactive and fun. I would also like to commend you on your punctuality and professionalism. You were always well-prepared . Overall, I found your coaching very beneficial. I wanted to take a moment to thank you from bottom of my ❤️

I am grateful to have Nikita as my coach. I have learnt the basic knowledge of fitness and nutrition from her. She introduced strength training to me, which i wasn't aware of. I had a lot of deviation in between which instilled a feeling of guilt. But everytime Nikita made sure to motivate and get me back on track. These are habits that has to be built long term. i personally have learnt a lot from her. She is super disciplined and encourages you to be consistent. I lost almost 4.5 kgs in 3 months with lot of deviations 🙈. Her meal plans were accurate for me. Thank you for everything ❣️ Hope to get back again

Nitika has been an exceptional fitness coach, even though our interactions have solely been through virtual means. Her approach blends firmness with understanding, never rushing the process but instead advocating for integrating fitness into daily life. Regular video calls have ensured consistent guidance and support, with Nitika's follow-ups displaying a genuine commitment to progress. Her encouragement and acknowledgment of achievements serve as valuable motivation, fostering a positive environment for growth. Emphasizing holistic health, Nitika's guidance has not only facilitated weight loss but also promoted overall well-being. Despite juggling multiple commitments such as vacations, work travels, and social gatherings, her tailored suggestions have yielded tangible results—although I've only lost 6 kgs in 5 months I have better fitness and visible inch loss!! Nitika's invaluable assistance makes me grateful to have her on my fitness journey, ensuring I stay on track towards my goals.
