I have tried many diets and have consulted with many trainers they always gave ne diets and helped me loose weight but it never stayed I always gained all the weight back because all these diets were very restrictive and being a food lover and travelling due to my work it always difficult for me to keep up with the food restrictions but when I spoke to Nitesh and the way he explained me the diet and the food I was fascinates to know that I can loose weight by eating everything I like I mean I have had ice cream in my diet and I have lost weight and I cannot express how happy I was. I am so grateful to my trainer that he helped me understand that I can loose weight by eating all the food I love and it changed my entire perspective about weight management and I am so happy of my fitness journey. I recommend everyone to use fittr and more importantly choose Nitesh as their coach and I will definitely come back again.
I have always been a very health conscious person.. and when I started gaining weight inspite of working out regularly and eating healthy, I was feeling frustrated.. i thought i was doing everything right but yet not able to lose weight.. that’s when I got to know about Nitesh.. and I’m so so glad i started my nutrition plan with me.. he, not only gave me a diet that worked wonders, but also it was so sustainable.. like it’s so easy to follow and it has become a lifestyle change! So if you are someone who is looking at a lifelong sustainable healthy lifestyle where weight loss is a byproduct, Nitesh is the guy!!
Due to personal commitments, I attended for only four-five months. I expected more proactive communication—such as check-ins after missed sessions or motivational outreach—rather than a transactional approach. Over 12 months, I received a handful of messages, but a more engaged approach could have helped me stay consistent. From past experiences, I’ve appreciated coaches who check in and suggest ways to stay on track. In this case, the lack of outreach made it difficult to stay motivated, and I ultimately didn’t feel encouraged to return.
#midwaytransformation Achievement - Top 50 in TC 22 I have always been a health conscious individual but with zero knowledge of nutrition for over past 2 decades.After some initial success with my earlier coach in fittr,my fitness journey went nowhere forquite sometime in the middle with weight being stuck and not much improvement further . I needed someone to up my fitness game and give the much needed impetus.More so , I was very focused on turning up for TC big time around this time.Thats when I got to know about my coach Nitesh Dangrey. Initially I was perplexed when he started my diet with nearly 2k calories since I was always been in 1300-1400 calories range for long time with not much success and to my utmost amazement my weight started reducing. His single minded focus and attention to minute details of his clients makes him set apart from the rest.The best thing about Nitesh is he will let u eat any amount of veggies which I like the most 😜. With his help,I improved my performance in recently concluded TC22 and ended up in TOP 50 .My next goal is to up my game further in the coming TC and with the expert guidance and support of Nitesh,I hope I will deliver better in future as well.
