Working with Nishant has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and overall lifestyle. He didn’t just give me a generic plan — everything was tailored specifically to me. We have been with Nishant for 6 months now. He does create a very positive environment and does not let you give up. I like his approach to fitness where it is part of life and not giving up on everyday life things. We are looking at significant difference in general health and fitness. What i like about Nishant is he doesn't ask to blindly follow a routine but also explain the science behind the routine which gives little more insight on the why.
