I have been training with Nisha for over a month now, and already see the difference in my stamina and flexibility! She is very motivating, adaptive, and incorporates a wide range of exercises! She customized the plan based on my body type and individual needs, gradually increasing the intensity as I progressed!
I’ve been training with Nisha for the past 3 months, and I’m already seeing noticeable differences in both my weight and inches lost. She is extremely committed, motivating, and truly takes the time to understand my body and fitness needs. What I appreciate most is her personalized approach and consistent encouragement throughout the journey. I’m excited about the road ahead and look forward to continuing my training with her. I’d like to share my feedback for Nisha: She is truly excellent at what she does. She takes the time to understand exactly what I need and consistently adapts my workouts based on my goals and schedule. One of the things I appreciate the most is her flexibility—she’s always willing to adjust timings and accommodate my routine, which makes it much easier to stay consistent. What really stands out is how she tailors my fitness plan around my cricket and sports activities. Instead of a generic approach, she customizes everything to align with my performance needs, which has made a noticeable difference. Kudos to her for the way she plans and supports my training—I can genuinely feel how much fitter and better I’ve become because of her guidance.
Nisha is in a league of her own. What strikes me most is her deep understanding of body mechanics and her ability to explain the reasoning behind every movement.
