I have been training with Nisha for the past 2 months and i have already extended my plan for 6 more months with her. She is extremely professional and very knowledgeable about what kind of training works best for me. I have had multiple surgeries on my knee and i find doing strength training and conditioning is essential for my overall health and Nisha is the right person who guides and supports me with that. She motivates you in the most friendly way possible and makes sure that you finish your training sessions with great confidence. I have seen visible difference in my energy levels and i look forward to each session with her. Would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for bringing in a lifestyle change to your fitness journey. She is also extremely flexible with timings despite being in different time zones . Very good experience! I have been training with Nisha for 3 months now and have already extended my plan for another 3 months. I have loved the consistency and accountability that have come by training with her. I have seen visible differences in my strength and weight. Special callout for her energy and accommodating nature. Despite us being in different timezones, she’s more than happy to be flexible for unavoidable last minute change of plans. Look forward to building more strength and gaining muscle !
