Thank you Nidhi maam for your constant guidance throughout my journey. I was very sceptical before starting but she was very helpful throughout my journey. I even lost a good amount of inches and weight by following her diet and workout plans. She was very regular with my progress and didn’t let me feel any pressure. I absolutely recommend having her as a coach if you are a beginner like me and want a healthy lifestyle
I embarked my fitness journey with Nidhi in Feb, 8 months after my pospartum. I had gained 25 kgs during my second delivery and was struggling to loose weight. I tried different ways to shed weight but everything was worthless keeping me deprived of energy and stamina. After, I came in contact with Nidhi I realized how quantified nutrition can help loose weight and gain stamina. I was the person who has never hit the gym and had never done weight training. With her guidance, and coinfidence in me I have shed 15 kgs and love doing my excercises. I really want to thank Nidhi for her constant support and motivation.
I started with Nidhi a few months back, with issues of hormonal imbalance, chronic anemia, immense work stress and a heavily disregulated digestion. Because of my anemia, I had never considered workouts or been able to heavily regulate my diet. Nidhi has been working with me with great patience and compassion. Week after week, she works with me to acknowledge what worked and address the things that didn’t. Thanks to her persistent and supportive nature, I have been able to bring much of my digestive issues under control. I even started going to the gym! Something I never thought I would do! She keeps a close eye on my progress, and keeps a close count of the triggers that affect me, and patiently reminds me of them. She is firm when needed, and has been a kind and thoughtful voice in my head through some dark health moments these last months. With her help, I mean to keep expanding my strength training and step count. Thank you, Nidhi ji!!
I took the 3-month Fittr plan with Nidhi and learned a lot during the process. In the past, I had tried to follow fitness plans multiple times, but this time it didn’t feel like a struggle. Nidhi explained how to measure food portions and encouraged cooking and eating as a family, rather than making separate meals just for myself. She also taught me the importance of good sleep, daily walking, and staying active. Despite facing some difficult times in my family and frequent office travel, I was still able to shed a few kilos. One thing I wish had been different was the frequency of check-ins — it would have been nice to receive messages every couple of days instead of just weekly check-in calls. Thank you Nidhi ❤️
