Mid way Transformation!!
I am the one who first denied being bulky, then accepted and finally decided to give upon my lazziness and ignorance to health. Yes, I was the person who would not prefer to exercise or simple walking for sake of own health. In 2019, when pandemic hit, I gained almost 7 kgs in just 4 months.
I joined fitness group and lost my weight through different diet plans. I lost 8 kgs in 2 months and felt like winning an award. But as the time passed I realized I have not gained any strength moreover I have lost my muscle mass too.
Before 3 months, in Jan'22 I joined Fitter and enrolled under Neha Sood Sharma! This time my goal was to gain strength and stamina. She not only helped in receiving my goal but made me understood the little things that we do not consider being important. She has constantly supported and motivated me through my journey.
Her plans are so comfortable to follow that I have not been under the constant stress of diet or exercises. It has become my routine and lifestyle now. She taught me how small changes can do wonders!
And here is me now: 66 kg , stronger than ever.
