I have started yoga with Neha very recently and she teaches very well, she is very patient and corrects posture when required..She is very passionate and does her with determination..Looking forward to have more such sessions with her..

Neha is a great trainer. I have been doing my yoga sessions with her for the past two weeks, and I can already feel more flexible. Each session is very balanced. It starts with body stretching, followed by strength training and ending with pranayams for a relaxed mind. She is very punctual and encourages you to attend each session. I would highly recommend her 1:1 online yoga session for staying fit. It feels like doing it in a yoga studio with great instructions.

I joined Fittr being a little skeptical about how things would align but having met Neha and performing yoga+meditation under her guidance is showing visible positive effects along with helping me take a step toward my fitness goal. She clearly understands how much of a push is needed , when to pause, what to correct and also performs them with you. I agree with all the 5 star reviews she’s received. She is very accommodating and punctual, makes me look forward to the sessions and take a step further in the fitness journey. Thank you Neha for your time, patience and support. Neha is an amazing and dedicated yoga trainer especially for pregnant women. she analyses the body type and plans yoga sessions accordingly. she slowly adds yoga poses day after day and makes me comfortable with my pregnancy workout. She is always available on time and she enjoys training people a lot and even that won't stop when she is not feeling well. keep the same work Neha.
