I want to express my heartfelt thanks to Neelam for her incredible guidance and support. She has always been encouraging and adaptable, tailoring both exercises and diet plans to suit my lifestyle. There were times when life got busy with travel and other commitments, and I couldn’t fully stick to the plan. However, her consistent motivation and practical approach helped me understand the fundamentals, which I’ll carry forward. I’m truly grateful for her expertise and patience throughout this journey.
Neelam is an amazing coach and keeps you motivated. I was only with her for 3 months and still managed to lose a Couple of inches and weight. Would surely be continuing with her. She always understands the requirements and provide a sustainable diet plan which is possible to follow during the training and after.
Neelam is awesome in each and every side. I have trained with Neelam thrice and still continuing. She gives the best diet where I can enjoy my meals with tweaks , and I managed to lose 10 kgs since I joined her. It's a balanced diet, not like a tight diet where you can easily lose and gain easily. The diet is a very balanced diet with stength training and cardio. It's a one go flow that can be maintained whenever you are put of pace, and when you are back on the track , you won't feel that hectic. I have trained with Neelam twice. The first time was during the COVID pandemic when I gained a lot of weight. With Neelam’s guidance, encouragement, and a well-structured training plan, I managed to lose 10 pounds and about 3 inches in just three months. I was so impressed with her approach that I recommended her to my sister, who also trained with her and successfully lost about 6 kg. This year, I signed up with Neelam again for strength training. Although I couldn’t continue due to health reasons, she remained supportive, offering tips and modifying exercises to help me stay consistent. Neelam is incredibly dedicated, passionate, and genuinely committed to making a positive impact on people’s lives.
