I am 47 years old and living in Germany. Before joining Nawed, I weighed 78 kg with a waist circumference of 96 cm. I had joined a gym but lost motivation after one week and hardly trained for the next three months. My goal was to reduce my weight to 70 kg, lose belly fat, and learn proper strength training. As a beginner, I had very little knowledge about gym equipment, nutrition, recovery, or workout planning. What impressed me most about Nawed was that he didn’t just focus on workouts. He educated me about nutrition, protein intake, daily steps, sleep, recovery, and consistency. He guided me through every exercise, answered all my questions patiently, and adapted the program according to my progress and fitness level. By following his guidance on diet, walking 10,000 steps daily, cardio, and strength training three times a week, I achieved results beyond my expectations. My weight reduced from 78 kg to 70 kg, my waist reduced from 96 cm to 87 cm, and I progressed from barely doing 10 push-ups to comfortably performing 50 push-ups. Today I am training confidently with barbells, dumbbells, and structured upper-body, lower-body, and full-body workouts. I feel stronger, healthier, more energetic, and much more confident. I highly recommend Nawed to anyone looking to improve their fitness. He is knowledgeable, supportive, professional, friendly, and always available to help. Most importantly, he understands each person’s mindset and creates a plan that fits their abilities and goals. Working with Nawed has completely changed my lifestyle and approach to fitness.

1. About You & Your Goal I'm someone who wanted to build muscle while staying healthy and injury-free. My main goals were muscle building, improving exercise form, and preventing injuries. Before joining the coaching, I struggled with inconsistent training, uncertainty about proper technique, and concerns about getting injured while lifting. 2. Coaching Experience Nawad is an excellent coach—knowledgeable, supportive, and attentive to detail. The workout experience was well-structured and motivating. The exercise instructions and explanations were very clear and easy to follow. I always understood what to do and why it was important. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he responded patiently and provided practical solutions. 3. Results & Progress I noticed significant improvements in several areas 4.Value Added The most valuable thing I gained was learning how to train correctly and safely. Understanding proper form and exercise mechanics has made a huge difference in my confidence and long-term fitness journey. 5.Recommendation Yes, I would definitely recommend this coaching to others. To anyone considering working with you, I would say: If you want a coach who genuinely cares about your progress, teaches proper technique, and helps you achieve your goals in a safe and sustainable way, this coaching is an excellent choice. Area for Improvement: Honestly, I did not find any major areas that needed improvement. The coaching was well-structured, responsive, and tailored to my goals. As a result of working together, my fitness level improved, my workouts became more effective, and I developed healthier habits that fit into my lifestyle.

Excellent coach and kids friendly We have been training with Coach Nawed for the past 3 months, and the experience has been outstanding. My kids are competitive swimmers, and our main goal was to improve their performance, strength, endurance, and overall fitness. Coaching kids is always a great challenge as we need high level of patience and commitment, but he is always friendly and supportive for them. He has a great ability to keep them motivated and engaged during every session, creating a positive environment where they enjoy training while continuing to improve. Before starting the program, they needed better strength, conditioning, and structured training. Over these 3 months, we have seen remarkable improvements in their stamina, strength, recovery, performance, and confidence. As a coach, Nawed is knowledgeable, motivating, professional, and highly supportive. The workout sessions are well-planned, engaging, and perfectly suited for my kids. Instructions and exercise demonstrations are always clear, making it easy for the kids to understand and perform the exercises correctly and safely.
