Highly professional, approachable, and supportive trainer. I have been training with Nawed for the past four months, and throughout this journey he has kept me consistently motivated. Managing long working hours, frequent travel, and family responsibilities as a father of two young children (including a 1.5-year-old) has not been easy, but Nawed understood my situation from day one and adapted accordingly. One thing I really appreciate is his flexibility. Whenever I needed to adjust pre-scheduled sessions due to work or family commitments, he was always accommodating and supportive. What impressed me most is how well he studied my needs and structured my training plan. Instead of a standard routine, he designed a balanced five-day program with three days focused on strength and weight training, and two days dedicated to yoga and meditation — which turned out to be exactly what I needed. He also maintains a separate progress tracker for me, recording everything from day one — weights lifted, pull-ups, push-ups, and setting realistic targets to continuously improve. The biggest result is not only physical improvement but also mental strength. His training and guidance genuinely helped me reduce stress and build better balance in my daily life. Nawed is the best trainer. I have tried multiple trainers before, but he is truly the best we have on Fittr. He is very knowledgeable and understands the science behind every exercise. He is an expert in both yoga and strength training. He constantly motivates me to follow my diet and stay consistent with my workouts. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great coach.

I’ve been training with Nawed for about 3–4 months now, and I’ve genuinely had a great experience. Since we’re in different countries, all of our sessions are over video call, and even then he makes the whole process feel personal, supportive, and very effective. What I appreciate most is how understanding and motivating he is. He keeps me accountable with both diet and training, checks in on my progress, and really pays attention to my physical strength and overall condition. He adjusts the sessions to fit my schedule, which has made it much easier for me to stay consistent. Even with just 30-minute sessions, he makes every minute count and keeps the pace going in a way that feels productive and focused. He’s also patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping me move forward in my fitness journey. I really value the way he balances structure with flexibility, and I always leave each session feeling like I’ve made progress. Overall, I’m really glad I found him. He’s a great trainer and someone I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a coach who is supportive, knowledgeable, and truly committed to helping you succeed.
