Im really thankful to my friend Rupali Mahajan who introduced me to coach Navpreet. She is incredibly helpful and cooperative, always taking the time to understand my needs and adjust my diet plan so it’s easier for me to follow. She keeps me accountable and always available to address any issues or concerns I have. Navpreet’s patients, friendly nature makes the entire journey feel comfortable and encouraging, and her constant motivation and support keep me focused and confident as I work toward my goals. I started this journey with 150lbs and now have reached to 137lbs all thanks to Coach Navpreet 🙏🏻. Slowly but surely I’m achieving my goal with more healthier habits.

This is my first time with a coach at FITTR. Navpreet has been an amazing coach. I am in a different time zone living in California. She has been very flexible and understanding of the environment in terms of availability of Indian foods and supplements. She has been understanding of the health concerns that I have instead of just going by the book and being focused on weight loss. she has been working continuously to resolve the health issues Relating to constipation, sleep and increasing stamina and other perimenopausal symptoms. Her positive reinforcement has helped me develop good habits like drinking a lot of water, reaching out for protein and fiber, and being conscious of my sweet tooth as well. overall, it has been a great experience working with her in terms of improving my health despite being a busy working mom..
