Grateful for guidance, coach. Navdeep: Before starting with Coach Navdeep, I was doing high-intensity workouts on and off. While I saw quick results, any weight loss would bounce back just as fast. I often resorted to starving myself to look fit for upcoming events, but it was never sustainable. Joining Coach Navdeep completely changed my understanding of weight loss and fitness. My main goal was toning, and in just 12 weeks, I’ve lost over 11 lbs and a significant amount of stubborn fat. I now feel much closer to my goal weight, and more importantly, I’ve built a consistent and balanced approach to fitness. As an IT professional, fitness was never my priority and was very sedentary, kept procrastinating wellness My kidney stone surgery and consistent high level of uric acid in my report made me take my health seriously. My friend recommended me to undergo pro active heaglth care management with Navdeep. His advice included habit based coaching, accountability, improving physical, mental and pathological conditions to change the body. Navdeep clearly discussed with me on my health issues and the goals I wanted to achieve as part of the journey. He understood my diet needs and also recommended me meals which I could easily adapt to. You talk to him about the challenges you face in your diet and workouts, he is there to make it easy. Weekly check-ins made a difference for me it was Tuesdays, the day I felt good in the week because I used to notice changes in my body through metrics and photos and then discuss them with Navdeep on the next steps over the call. The best thing in my 3 months journey was to reduce my body weight up to 10 kgs without lowering my immunity dropped body fat and most of my pathological conditions were vanished. Losing 25–28 pounds wasn’t just about cutting calories — it was about consistency, small changes, and having the right coach in my corner. Big shoutout to Coach Navdeep for being that steady support system, no matter the time zone ( IST vs EST) or what life threw at me. Here’s why it worked so well: It wasn’t about being perfect — it was about building better habits, one step at a time I had the flexibility to enjoy travel ( means cheat diet on those days) , weekends ( read parties !!) , and even a few *drinks* ( yes ...you are reading it right) without feeling guilty Regular check-ins kept me focused without stressing me out The plan adapted to my routine — not the other way around Mindset shifts that made the journey feel natural, not like some crazy diet sprint I'll be honest , I tried many coaches previously who gave up on me due to my hard working schedule ( 12-14 Hours of sitting job), regular travels where I cannot follow any diet , Social commitments on weekend . Navdeep took that challenge and guided me on every step . Even during my travel days I used to ping him my Menu which is available and what I am going to pick out of that.
