I recently finished a three‑month program with Navdeep and have already extended for another six months because the results have been genuinely impressive. He keeps both the workouts and the diet plan engaging — which is saying a lot, because with a full‑time job and family, it’s usually way too easy to talk myself out of exercising or overthink every meal. Somehow, he’s made it simple enough that I actually look forward to my workouts, and the diet is just regular food that fits into daily life without feeling overwhelming. He also checks in often to make sure everything still works for me, and adjusts things before I even have a chance to get bored. He’s incredibly flexible with the time zone difference and consistently available twice a week. Honestly, if he can keep me consistent, motivated, and not dreading upper‑body days (those shoulder presses are no joke), he’s doing something right.

Navdeep (a.k.a. The Mindset Reprogrammer) I started training with Navdeep earlier this year. For context: I’m in my early 40s, which means I’ve perfected the art of excuses. Life was “busy” (the best excuse), with two kids, work, and absolutely no time to diet or work out—yet somehow plenty of time to gain and maintain 15–20 kg over the last couple of decades. I wasn’t completely inactive. I walked. I worked out occasionally. I did heroic things like 48–72 hour fasts, long walks, and random lifting phases that lasted just long enough for me to feel proud—before everything went back to square one. Nothing stuck. What I really needed was a mindset change, and that’s where Navdeep came in. Fast forward to now: I’m working out 4–5 days a week, eating healthier, and making better choices. (For example, I still believe alcohol kills stomach bugs—but I’ve responsibly evolved from rum to vodka.) Navdeep’s biweekly check‑ins help tremendously. It’s basically an exam every 3–4 days, except the results actually matter. The biggest win? My brain has taken a healthy turn. I drink black coffee now (I miss cream dearly), no sugar, more veggies, fewer carbs—and I finally understand the concept of satiety vs. palatability instead of pretending I didn’t hear about it for the last 20 years. Also worth mentioning: I have a shattered shoulder tendon, and the way Navdeep designs workouts around it is genuinely impressive. No ego lifting, no “push through the pain” nonsense—just smart, adaptable programming that actually works. I’ll do another review in six months, but for now: all thumbs up for Navdeep. If the next six months go anything like the last few, I might finally stop calling my metabolism “broken.” Highly recommend—especially if you’re fluent in excuses and ready to retire them.

I am very new in the Fittr Family.... Hardly a month and a few days old... used to see their post from a long time, following Coach Navdeep Chawla sir.. Always had a dream to join him one day, but never had the courage to start but fortunately, I could swim across my thoughts and finally succeeded to join him for my son's continuous irresistible request... A big thankyou to my son for helping me to choose the wisest decision of my life... Nothing much to say about Navdeep Sir, adjectives do fall short to describe him... He is presice, honest, profound in his knowledge as a coach related to chalking a nutrition and workout plan.... Very patient and understanding.... long way to go, blessed to be associated with Sir as my guiding angel. 🙏As from my side my strength has increased to a great extent, I don't feel low often which I frequently used to feel before I joined sis, my acidity is no more, with proper digestion and good guy health.... I’ve been training with Coach Navdeep for the past 5 months, and the progress has been great. I’ve lost a good amount of fat, gained strength, and overall feel much better. He helped me correct many mistakes I had in training, especially myths around lifting extremely heavy weights. I learned the importance of proper form, controlled training, and bodyweight concepts. Another big improvement has been my sleep quality and recovery, which has made a huge difference in my daily energy. Really grateful for the guidance and support throughout the journey.
