I’ve been training under Coach Navdeep Chawla for the past 4 months, and the experience has been exceptional. As a working professional (practicing Advocate), I was looking for someone who could truly understand and adapt to my health needs and tight schedule — and Coach Navdeep delivered on every front. 
Coach Navdeep is incredibly professional and efficient. The diet and exercise routine is well-structured, time-effective, and personalized. He maintains great communication — quick to respond, open to feedback, and most important for an advocate, to explain the ‘why’ behind every exercise or dietary suggestion (as we do have a tendency to ask :p) 
What fascinated me the most is his knowledge and attention to my condition. He crafted a workout plan specifically designed as per my needs — with safe, progressive routines that improved my strength and stamina without risking my health (as I have a mild condition of high BP). It’s reassuring to work with someone who clearly knows how to balance fitness with medical awareness. 
The best part? The program fits seamlessly into a busy workday. Workouts are 40–45 mins, easy to do, and diet plans are flexible, realistic, and adjusted weekly. It’s not just another cookie-cutter plan — it’s built around you (although one time I mistakenly challenged him to become more aggressive with the diet, which I regretted from the next day itself) Outcomes & Experience

hello.I'm uttara saikia .I'm 76+. A few years back I suffered from vertigo for which I was hospitalised. I also have hypothyriodism and diabetes. Doctors advised me to see a physiotherapist and do exercises. I started both with various pratitioners. This year I saw Navdeep Chawla and joined FITTR. Chawla planned my workout and nutrition routine. I am very thankful to him because following his plan much improvements happened in me. I now can climb stairs freely.I walk 3/ 4 kilometers without discomfort. I can squat, sit in bajrasana, do supta bajrasana and feel energetic all the day.I give all the credit to my coach Navdeep Chawla and rate him 5/5. God bless him 🙏.

Grateful for guidance, coach. Navdeep: Before starting with Coach Navdeep, I was doing high-intensity workouts on and off. While I saw quick results, any weight loss would bounce back just as fast. I often resorted to starving myself to look fit for upcoming events, but it was never sustainable. Joining Coach Navdeep completely changed my understanding of weight loss and fitness. My main goal was toning, and in just 12 weeks, I’ve lost over 11 lbs and a significant amount of stubborn fat. I now feel much closer to my goal weight, and more importantly, I’ve built a consistent and balanced approach to fitness.
