Namratha is exceptionally punctual and highly motivating. Even though you're not physically together, she skillfully corrects and guides your posture. Within just a few weeks, I experienced a noticeable boost in energy and improvement in my physique. Her knowledge is impressive, and she provides not only guidance but also moral support, always lending a listening ear. Every morning, I eagerly look forward to our conversations, which have helped me stay consistent with my workouts. Her inspiring nature makes workouts enjoyable and engaging. If you're seeking a personal trainer who not only excels at making workouts interesting but also becomes a supportive friend, look no further.

Namratha is a superb trainer. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains every move so that I know what I’m doing and why I’m doing it — which is super helpful. Her obsession with form is keeping me injury-free. Non-judgemental, positive thinking, encouraging, motivating. I actually look forward to training sessions with her which are not exhaustive 🙂 And to top it all off, she genuinely cares about her clients’ progress. Looking for a kickass trainer? Namratha’s is the best!

I started my PT with Namratha just a month ago, and within 2 weeks, I have felt positive energy which motivates me to workout online. I was thinking how can we do PT online, as I was thinking face to face training is more effective but Namratha proves it wrong. Her knowledge, guidelines, and workout techniques are very effective. I want to acknowledge that Namrata has been my first ever fitness coach who I liked not just based on her knowledge,work, excellence, inputs , precision etc but also for attitude, compassion, openess, listening skills, observations,punctuality, work ethics, words and passion to transform people. I must say I have never embarked on a fitness journey so consistently and look forward to spending that time of everyday which leaves me with more confidence and control over my body and mind. thanks for being my Master of Health and wellbeing.
