Coach Tia, thank you for being the kind of coach every student hopes for. Youāre incredibly professional, always prompt, and somehow always available when I need help. You donāt just train us ā you push us past what we think we can do and make reaching our goals feel possible. Grateful to have you in my corner.
Tia, (Namrata Singh) has been my fitness coach for the past 6 weeks now and I am becoming fitter. Genuinely invested in my wellbeing, she makes every effort to cater to my dietary needs even as she ensures that the diet remains calorie deficient andĀ nutritionallyĀ balanced. A master juggler! :)Ā I have done dieting many times earlier but I could not continue past a week. But her diet was a game changer for me. It gives me an easy to follow daily roadmap and requires minimal planning and effort. I love what I eat, daily. Now I walk more and I have been going to the gym too. And just within 6 weeks, here are my results:6 week stats - - lost 2.6kgs - ā waist 2.75 inches - ā hips 1.5 inches - ā triglycerides from 146 to 109 - ā total cholesterol from 195 to 175 - ā LDL from 127 to 117 - ā hbA1c from 6.1 to 5.9 Truly grateful for her. Have been working with Tia from the past 4 weeks, and I am super happy with the progress made so far. I have been able to lose 5 Kgs and I am already seeing changes in my energy levels, I donāt feel sleepy after food, cloths have started fitting a little better. She has been an amazing coach with no harsh diet restrictions, keeps motivating and the diet plans are very well planned out. Highly recommended for anyone looking for genuine coach/ guidance to start their journey.
Iāve been training with Tia for the past 2 months, and Iām really happy with the progress so far. During our check-in call on 13th June, it was encouraging to see that my weight had gone down by 2.4 kg between 12th April and 13th June. Even more motivating was seeing the body measurements change ā my hips, my waist reduced by almost 4-5 inches, and my body fat percentage dropped by 5%, which clearly shows that the fat loss process is working. Beyond the numbers, Iāve noticed a significant improvement in my awareness of food choices and eating habits. My energy levels have also improved, making me feel more active and consistent throughout the day. A fun sign of progress has been that some of my clothes have started fitting much better, while a few even needed alterations! š Thank you for your guidance, support, and for creating a sustainable approach that focuses on long-term results rather than quick fixes.
