Najid is highly committed and sincere towards his clients. Never ever in the last 6 months it happened that he missed an accountability call with me. I'm halfway on my fitness journey with Coach Najid. And I say halfway because I decided to extend my journey owing to the fantastic experience I've had so far! I was able to achieve what I thought was my fitness goal in the 6 months I have been working with Coach. But Najid's vision and the way things worked, I can now go for the true fitness goals he has set for me. I absolutely admire the way Najid explains and motivates me every week. I enjoy his metaphors to explain how the human body works. He also creates realistic expectations and has a great sense to put things into perspective. Because in the middle of the routine I sometimes lose track of how things should be. Was it a good week or why are my measurements what they are? And Najid has been excellent at explaining this. No wonder the results are evident. And I love the mindset he encourages that you're doing well but you can do better. That's the extra push I need and I end up doing better indeed. So here's to a great journey so far with Najid and knowing that the second part will be just as professional, enjoyable and successful as the first!
