Najid is a very experienced and knowledgeable Coach. I have worked with him for the last 1.5 years. He addresses all doubts/questions in a prompt manner. He regularly follows up and makes necessary changes to the diet based on the weekly review. He has a good understanding about exercise science and provides feedback/form correction, reviewing the exercise videos. Regarding nutrition he never puts us on a extreme deficit, I have been part of a competition preparation and even then my calories never went below 1200. Overall he is an amazing coach, very friendly and approachable and it has been great working with him.

Great coach!! I had specific goals and not just weight loss and Najid navigated around my goals very well! Training for a half marathon + weight training, Najid guided me to ensure I achieve both and not just weight loss. Highly recommend him esp. if you want someone who listens, motives you all around and helps with solutions to issues.

Your guidance and support have been nothing short of life-changing, and I wanted to let you know just how much I appreciate it. A year ago, I was in a bad physical state, lacking motivation and direction. I didn't believe in myself or my ability to make lasting changes. But you believed in me, and your unwavering support helped me see the potential within myself. You've been there for me during my downtimes, offering words of encouragement and pushing me to do my best even when I felt like giving up. Your motivation and positivity have been a driving force in my fitness journey, and I can't thank you enough for that. One of the most valuable lessons I've learned from you is that the gym is not just about short-term goals; it's a lifelong lifestyle. You've instilled in me the importance of consistency, discipline, and the mindset needed to make fitness a permanent part of my life.
