I live in a hostel. i struggled with maintaining lost weight. I had issues with being accountable to myself and figuring out a diet while in college. I enrolled under coach Nafeesa's guidance 12 weeks back. With just portion control, and workout plans suited to my body, I've been able to bring my body weight down again. It is definitely difficult to be on a strict routine and diet when in college, but with practice, I'm now consciously able to be careful about my portions, and the carbohydrate and protein content of my diet! Thanks Coach Nafeesa! p.s. she's the nicest person ever :))
I enrolled under coach Nafeesa last month. And I can without any doubt say it was one of the best decision. She is just amazing. She is your coach as well as your friend whom you can speak your heart out without being judged. She will listen to you patiently, give advises. With which you will relaxed, your heart will become light too. Now, as a coach also she is just amazing. I am in EST time zone. Never ever faced any issues because of time zone difference. She is always available. Just a message/phone call away. She customises the workout and nutrition chart as per your requirements. Weekly calls are super awesome. She will clear each and every doubt of yours over weekly calls as well as over messages also. I would like to mention that she is always super responsive to messages. I lost 2.5 kgs and few inches in one month. And never got bored with my diet/workout plans. She always appreciates you over small wins which will boost your confidence. She corrected my forms with utmost patience because of which I never feel it's online only. I always feel super connected with her. Thank you coach for always being there for me. 👍
I have been enrolled with Coach Nafeesa for one month. During this time, I have lost 2.5 kg, even though I was traveling for three-quarters of it and had to eat out for one meal a day. Despite this, I did my best to meet the step count targets she set and worked out on most days. There have been challenges, particularly with cravings, especially for sweets. However, Nafeesa carefully designed my diet plan to address these issues. She has also been very responsive to texts, customizing both the workout and diet plans as needed. She is patient with my questions during our weekly calls and inquires about other challenges I face. She has consistently exceeded my expectations, and I am truly grateful that I decided to enroll with her.
