The past 3 months has really helped me work on my nutrition , portion control and understanding how measuring macros works. Under guidance of Mudit , I have really started off with my fitness journey and yes even lot of transformation happened too. He is an excellent coach and motivator.
have been on my fitness journey for the past 2.5 months under Mudit’s guidance, and it has been a great experience. His knowledge is excellent, and he keeps everything simple and practical. I started at 89.5 kg and reached 83.5 kg within two months, achieving a 5 kg weight loss with a normal, sustainable diet and without major changes to my daily routine. Even with occasional cheat meals and regular home-cooked food, the plan was easy to follow. Mudit is always approachable, takes the time to understand concerns, and provides logical, effective solutions. This is not my first experience with FITTR, but this time I feel more confident about achieving my goal under his guidance. A balanced routine of regular training and around 10,000 steps daily has helped me stay consistent and progress steadily.Wish him good luck
