The best thing I personally learnt from Mohnish is to have patience. He is always available for any of my queries. He helped me understand how to loose fat and changed my way of thinking around weight loss myths. He regularly stays in touch with you to understand how are you doing with the plan he suggested and what is the progress. He is a thorough professional in his work. Its been almost over 2 months since I started and with his help and knowledge , i was able to loose almost around 9KG without staying hungry all the time. Now Looking at mirror, not only i loose fat but i have also built muscles :) Thanks Mohnish and keep helping folks like us in their fitness journey.

Mohnish has been coaching me for the past 3 months and for the first time I got incredible results in past couple of years . I have lost 10Kg with a short period, most of which seems fat as I maintained my musscle mass over the period. He helped me break all diet myths , made my life very easier. I am a vegetarian and managed to still keep up with protein with very simple yet delicious and easy to cook meals. I am very much enthused and really working towards next phase. We kept 1:1 regular catchups where Mohnish answered all my concerns. Really awesome and friendly coach. Mohnish has my best recommendations!! Lets hit gym now 💪

I have been enrolled with Mohnish for 3 months and renewed for another 3. I have made a lot of progress and continuing to do so. One thing I like with him is that he asks for checkin everyday. He motivates to challenge you everyday, take slower but sure approach for a better lifestyle. I highly recommend him.

I have enrolled with Mohnish from past 4 months and still continuing, I have made a lot of progress, gained knowledge about nutrition.He motivates you and is very consistent with progress tracking and helping out with weekly updates. He follows up with you regularly so you stay on track.I highly recommend him.
