Mohit has been instrumental in shaping my fitness look and journey in the past almost a year. I have always been an active person but the way Mohit quantified the diet and workouts has made me see it for myself for the first time. I feel so much more confident about reaching my fitness goals and I trust him completely with my fitness. Thanks to Mohit for being a virtual coach in my ‘at-home’ fitness journey:)

Mohit sir is an amazing coach. I have up few times but his faith and persistence always encouraged me and motivated me. His patience, empathy and guidance kept me motivated and I had a weight and inch loss in few months. The dietary plan is never weird and always suggests to make changes in the regular diet I take to adjust according to my needs for the weight loss. He keeps checking regularly and that is a key factor in my efforts. I am glad I have Mohit as my health coach and I am looking forward to more healthy lifestyle in this journey. His knowledge always helped me to make correct choices. He makes the discussions super easy and comfortable. Highly recommend Mohit is anyone is looking for a reliable and encouraging health coach.

Mohit Sir is an amazing fitness coach I joined him during my 12th Grade and he really transformed my overall body with the appropriate diet and Workout schedule, I was able to see results quicker as I used to go to school daily for long hours and didn’t really get the option to cheat on my meals. I joined him again after 12th and although I haven’t lost weight as rapidly as before, I feel fitter than I ever have had a good amount of inch loss and feel really really health over all. He is an amazing mentor and really takes into consideration what you request and ask. I would highly recommend him for any first time teenagers.
