Mohit is exactly what I was looking for in a coach. My wife initially chose Mohit because he allowed dark chocolate in the diet 😆, but I, too, felt a positive vibe from him right from the beginning. Mohit set us on a highly sustainable diet and workout plan, and gradually, every day, my wife and I found ourselves falling in love with our exercise routine. We never experienced fatigue or lack of energy, and we witnessed consistent progress. Mohit is not rigid; he has a great understanding of exercises and is always available whenever I need to check my form or have any questions. Our weekly calls are always fun. I highly recommend Mohit to kickstart your health and fitness journey.
I thank my lucky stars that I enrolled with Coach Mohit. Seriously, enrolling with him has been a game-changer. He's not just knowledgeable, but he's also super chill, patient, and fun to talk to. I really appreciate that he isn't too strict and understands that we women go through luteal phases when it is difficult to follow a strict exercise and diet plan. I have lost 6 kgs in 12 weeks, and I've fallen in love with my strength training routine, all thanks to Mohit. As a beginner, going to the gym can be intimidating, but the workouts Mohit has given me have helped me build my confidence. The diet plan has worked so well too. I can't believe I get to eat yummy, nutritious food and a bit of dark chocolate (70% dark) every day. This has remarkably curbed my cravings for outside food. Of course, I highly recommend Coach Mohit. In fact, three of my other family members are also enrolled under him. Now that I have completed 12 weeks, I have re-enrolled and am looking forward to continuing my fat-loss-muscle-gain journey.

So it all started when my husband, who has been following FITTR for a while, enrolled me under a coach. On first call, me and coach discussed goals and diet routines. He is very patient, helpful and supportive. All credit to him - 5 stars. ✅Few points which I learned during my journey are 1. Be calorie conscious - Skip things which doesn’t matter to you, like unnecessary snacking, those tea every now and then. Remember - each calorie counts! 2. Eat right and eat clean. 3. Be active and complete your steps target. 4. Never miss a gym session. Thanks to FITTR and coach Mohit jhamb for a platform which provides weight loss in most scientific way possible.
