I have been training with Shahzad for a year now. Given my disc degeneration in lower back we have working towards gradually increasing strength. I see my progress across recovery in case of a spasm or rotation. His attention to detail and exercise innovation is great as we mostly train from home

Shahzad is an excellent coach by all means, I was earlier skeptical about virtual coach however that completely changed when I saw 20% improvement in my cholesterol indicators within one year of training and I am feeling much more energy during the rest of my day after training. Shahzad also customized my training to accommodate increase in stamina based on my request. He has a very approachable personality, is very knowledgeable and shares information about fitness and nutrition and is willing to adjust schedule based on personal constraints.
