Mohana is extremely patient, attentive, and adapts the diet plan thoughtfully based on personal needs and preferences. I’ve gained a great deal of knowledge about nutrition, fitness, and the importance of consistency—learnings I’ll carry forward with me. Although I wasn’t able to follow the plan as strictly as intended due to personal circumstances beyond my control, I’ve still seen a slow but steady positive shift in my lifestyle and mindset. I’m genuinely grateful for the support and guidance Mohana provided throughout, and I look forward to building on this foundation going ahead.

Mohana is a very knowledgeable coach. I enrolled with him for three months & throughout that time, he continuously provided me guidance customized to my specific requirements.
