Coach Balaji has been an amazing mentor throughout my transformation journey since July 2025. What started as a goal for abs became a complete lifestyle transformation. My coach focused on helping me build strength, muscle, discipline, and endurance first. He guided me through workouts, fasting, trekking prep for Angels Landing, and shredding phases before my trip. During times when I lost motivation, he kept pushing and supporting me like a true friend, not just a coach. Thanks to his guidance, I finally achieved my goal, and I would absolutely recommend him to my friends and family.
I have a great experience with the my sports/fitness and nutrition coach Mohana Balaji. He has been also helping me out in my Tennis with valuable guidance regarding proper sports nutrition and training. This journey has been highly beneficial as well as a great learning curve for me.
