I knew I needed a major change, but I didn’t know if it was possible. Today, I am down to 133 kg (midway transformation)—a total loss of 27 kg—and my HbA1c has dropped to a healthy 4.9. My coach was available all the time whenever I needed guidance, motivation, or had a question about my plan. The man knows what he is doing, he is an excellent coach and also listens to you and what are your likes and dislikes, he also gives cheat meals when asked. he has helped me to to lost 10+ kg in 3 months already.
