I've been training with coach Mohammad for over 4 months, and the results have been super satisfying! I've seen major weight and fat loss, and my body's condition has improved a ton. Coach Mohammad has kept things really simple and helped me clear out a lot of doubts. I'm looking forward to achieving my goals!

I would like to take a moment to thank my coach. I have been training with Mr. Mohammed for 1 month now. when I started the fitness journey a month ago I was diagnosed with borderline thyroid. within a month I dropped a huge 10 plus % of body fat and the blood tests done after a month showed no more thyroid. that's a huge one for me, so thank you coach for this. I have been able to sleep better, no more waking up with fatigue or headache anymore. I feel more energetic everyday. this is just a midway transformation just within a month. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mohammed to anyone looking to enrol and start their fitness journey. Mr. Mohammed has been very patient and incorporated all the foods that I eat on a daily basis which really is making this journey easy to follow and stick to the plan.

It’s been just 2 months of training with Mohammed, and I can confidently say the results have been incredible. One of the things I appreciate the most is how patiently he listens to everything I say—never rushing, always understanding. His deep knowledge of workouts and diet shows in the way he explains every exercise and the purpose behind it, which keeps me fully involved in the process. He customized my diet to suit my needs and lifestyle, and has consistently checked in on me to ensure I stay on track. His ability to boost confidence and keep me motivated is something I genuinely value. I’ve already extended my plan with him, and I’m excited for what’s ahead. Grateful to have a trainer like him!

My husband and I had been struggling with our fitness journey for quite some time, until we got in touch with Mr. Mohammad Barkathulla. From day one, he has been incredibly supportive, patient, and knowledgeable. No matter how many times I ask questions—even if they're repeated—he always answers them kindly and thoroughly. Mr. Barkathulla's deep understanding of fitness and nutrition, combined with his ability to keep us motivated, has made a huge difference for us. Living in the USA, cooking three meals a day was a challenge, but he took the time to understand our lifestyle and customized our diet plan accordingly. His flexibility is something I truly appreciate—he always asks what’s feasible for us and adjusts the plan so it’s realistic and easy to follow consistently. Even though it’s not been a full month yet, both my husband and I are already seeing amazing results. I've lost 4kg and feel so much more energetic and positive.
