I’m so glad that I have a chance to write something about my coach…. I was on this app for long time but as a silent watcher… I never get courage to join this… but when I decided to join … I was browsing through coach profiles… but I don’t know what happened when I go through Medha’s profile.. I knew she is the one… and I was right… Medha is not only a marvelous coach but she is a wonderful person.. always available for her clients.. she talked with me and after understanding my food choices and my medical issues she designed my diet and workouts… after that I came to know that I was eating wrong food and how quantity of food affects ur health… I love my workouts… all credit goes to Medha… she is such a nice and humble person… I was on that point that I had no hope that I can reduce my weight now… I was done .. but only because of her motivation I started once again but after one week I was surprised that it’s working for me… now i have full faith in her ❣️it’s just 4 weeks now and I’m looking forward to continue this awesome journey with my awesome coach… Thank you so much Medha for ur continued support , guidance and motivation…

It has been an eyeopening training programme for me. I always thought that to loose weight i need to eat lesser calories, that in turn means lesser qty of food. but the way medha has designed my diet plan, i feel am eating more qty of food. earlier i used to do lot of munching, especially emotional eating...that too in the late hours of the day..but the way medha has explained the importance of food and excercise, i have stopped munching. i feel more energetic and have gained more strength alongwith loosing weight. medha is always available to clarify our doubts regarding diet and workout.also she understands the likes/dislikes of our food habits and makes plan accordingly. i have renewed my training under medha's guidance and hope to continue the same until i reach my goal..

Medha is available for answering all queries and easily approachable she has mastery over both work out and nutrition. As mentioned by all above is tailor suits your plan as per your own lifestyle. And best part is she makes you understand theory behind the plan and hence we can make better day to day choices. I have been under her coaching for last one month and already see noticeable change in my physique
