I had the pleasure of training with Mayank for three months, and the results were nothing short of amazing. Under his expert guidance, I was able to lose a significant amount of weight and achieve goals I never thought possible. Mayank is not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly motivating. He took the time to understand my personal fitness goals and tailored a program that was both challenging and enjoyable
I had enrolled under coach Mayank for 3 months and at the end of 3 months, I can say that he is someone who's available as a coach. He had simplified the quantified nutrition bit by giving alternate food items along with the quantity for commonly consumed food(eg rice, wheat, etc). He regularly follows up and sets up daily accountability check. This ensures that we don't go off track. Initially under him, I ended up losing weight by eating more food than before. This talks about the importance of being consistent and how a few cheat days can derail fat loss journey. I ended up getting decent results under him and my body fat % reduced from 18% to 14%.
Mayank has been a great coach to guide through the journey of transformation. My best wishes for this wonderful gentleman.
Mayank has helped me understand a science based approach towards fat loss and helped me learn a path towards a sustained lifestyle that I can enjoy along the way. I have tried lot of weight loss strategies before over the years but none of them could produce results this good after working with Mayank. In fact just before joining Mayank I had been to the gym for 3 months continuously and didn’t see any result. Coming to Mayank, he’s been very patient with me, clearing all my questions with patience and always in a positive and helpful mindset. His approach is truly personal and professional. I value scientific and a reasoning based approach and I found Mayank to be a very good for my preference
