I am just starting and it feels i am on the right track
I've been working with Mathan as my coach for over 10 weeks. I was referred to him by several friends who had achieved tremendous results under his guidance. After speaking with Mathan a couple of times about my goals and my personal habits, he devised a plan that was both realistic and sustainable. He created a diet based on foods I was already familiar with—it simply required me to control my portions. While the first 2-3 weeks were challenging, I quickly settled into the routine. So far, I've dropped about 15 pounds and feel significantly better. Mathan's approach also shines in its flexibility; he understands that as humans, we face work, family, and other commitments. It’s okay to have an "off week" as long as you keep your eye on the main goal. I am extremely happy with Mathan's coaching and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a complete transformation and a healthy reset.
